A product like ClosyTalk—a secure, GDPR-compliant generative AI platform for businesses—would traditionally have required 12 months, a team of six people, and an investment of around €400,000. We brought it to market in just 60 days with a team of three. In this session, I’ll show you how: the technology stack, the AI agents orchestrated by humans, and—with complete honesty—the areas where AI dramatically accelerated development and the areas where it led us astray. Because speed is becoming almost free. The decisions that truly matter—architecture, security, and strategy—remain fundamentally human.
