I will also compare costs and performance with LLM-based approaches, illustrate optimization techniques, and introduce a method for migrating agents from general-purpose LLMs to specialized SLMs, following insights from recent NVIDIA studies. This enables the rational design of novel geroprotectors, targeted therapeutics, and highly personalized interventions with unprecedented speed and precision. However, the next frontier in longevity medicine lies in the transition from static structural mapping to dynamic biological simulation. The development of "world models" for biology and fully realized "virtual cells" represents a paradigm shift for the field. Through the analysis of some of the most iconic productions by giants such as Netflix and Amazon MGM Studios, it becomes possible to define the aesthetic shift currently underway: why do contemporary series have a “sound” so different from the cinema of the past?
Does the binge-watching trend affect composition and drive the rise of hybrid languages blending different genres? How can we prepare for a market in which Artificial Intelligence may handle “functional music,” leaving human composers with the task of creating emotional identity and iconic themes?
In my speech, I explore art created with AI, demonstrating how, within the horizon of contemporary art, value no longer resides in technique but in the idea. What truly matters is the one who imagines, not who or what executes. Thus, AI becomes a legitimate instrument of the creative act, an extension of human vision and an integral part of the artistic process.

The question of whether to adopt AI is already obsolete. The question emerging now is more uncomfortable: how do we design coexistence with an interlocutor that is no longer just the consumer? Alongside them, increasingly, stands an algorithmic agent. It evaluates, filters, and decides on its own—and it does so differently depending on who it’s facing, generation by generation. This session focuses on three core directives: what "coexistence" truly means when the relationship is no longer bilateral; which trust asymmetries emerge across different generations regarding algorithmic delegation; and which concrete levers brands can activate to build narratives and positioning that withstand this new reality. The brands that survive algorithmic mediation are not necessarily the most visible; they are the most recognizable. The GENS Generations Observatory brings two original research assets to WMF 2026. Future Brands (3rd Edition) is a longitudinal study of over 6,000 respondents between 2024 and 2026, spanning Boomers to Gen Z. They want to see themselves reflected in words they didn't know they had inside.
