Mathew Knowles began his career at Xerox, building expertise in sales and strategic management before applying these skills to the development of global brands. He played a key role in scaling icons such as Beyoncé, Solange, and Destiny’s Child, turning creative projects into structured business assets.
Today, he advises international organizations and major global companies, including Fortune 500 firms, on positioning, growth, and monetization strategies. He also serves on the faculty at Pepperdine University and as Presidential Executive-in-Residence at Prairie View A&M University (PVAMU), where he teaches branding, entrepreneurship, and media strategy.
