The Digital Job Fair is a series of events and initiatives at the WMF entirely dedicated to the digital job market, its professionals and organizations, and the skills needed to navigate it effectively.
At WMF 2026, scheduled from June 24 to 26 at BolognaFiere, companies with open positions and digital professionals seeking employment will once again have the opportunity to meet and connect through the Fair’s various business and networking events.
Job interviews will be available through the Digital Job Placement service, alongside B2B meetings, Speed Meetings, digital training on numerous Innovation topics, and AI and its applications in the workplace: valuable moments for companies looking for ICT talent, senior professionals, creators, junior resources, and students entering the job market.

Among the +90 educational stages of WMF 2023, some will be entirely dedicated to the world of Work, HR and Digital Skills: within them, there will be speeches by Italian and international experts, HR managers and labour consultants.

With the aim of bridging the gap between supply and demand of jobs, promoting employment, especially among the youth, and offering concrete matching opportunities, this year WMF - We Make Future is a member of the European Union's "Digital Skills and Jobs Coalition." This project brings together the best international entities with the aim of addressing the issue of the lack of digital skills in Europe and making Europeans "digitally aware citizens."
