Between action and word: working with Doctors Without Borders – from Gaza to the world

In humanitarian emergencies, you quickly learn that treating wounds is not enough. There are places — Gaza, Afghanistan, Congo — where the loss of human life fails to make the news, or is told through a filtered, dehumanizing lens. Yet, in these places, words can become an extension of the hands that heal: they can shake consciences, pierce the wall of indifference, and remind the world that silence is complicity. Being a humanitarian worker today means coupling the word of advocacy with medical action. But speaking out is not simple. It requires rigor and institutional courage, not just individual bravery. And it requires people willing to listen, even when what is being said is uncomfortable.

Building Revenue Engines for Impact: from Mission to Measurable Growth

Mission-driven organizations rarely fail for a lack of vision. They fail for a lack of structure in growth. After more than 15 years between international corporates and non-profits, building teams that have generated millions of euros for environmental and social projects, I have learned that impact is not scaled with enthusiasm, but with architecture: clear objectives, defined roles, sales and fundraising systems, strategic partnerships, and results-oriented leadership. In this session, I will share the practical framework I use to transform mission into sustainable growth, without compromising identity and credibility. We will talk about revenue engines, corporate partnerships, team organization, and the main mistakes that block impact-driven entities when they try to grow. This is not a motivational talk. It is an operational method for those who truly want to scale.

AI: Scaling from (linguistic) models to (economic) markets

The real challenge for businesses in the future will be to shift from model training to market design, from focusing on the engineering and "agency" capabilities of the linguistic model itself to the organizational complexity of the "instituting" assembly that instantiates and enhances it. This shift from "models" to "markets," however, will require a cultural and strategic innovation effort, a radical shift in the paradigms of value co-creation between automation, amplification, and coordination.

The synthetic truth: trust, deepfakes, and the future of information in the age of AI

Deepfakes are redefining the boundary between what is real and what is false. Through a study on users’ reactions to AI-generated content distributed by sources perceived as trustworthy, we will explore how trust is built in the age of synthetic media. Even when flagged, deepfakes are often misunderstood or ignored, amid polarized emotions and limited critical awareness. What happens to truth when everything can be generated?

Beyond Red Teaming: Building a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation framework for conversational AI

As enterprises rush to deploy AI agents in customer-facing operations, most rely on one-time audits and manual testing. This approach offers limited coverage, surfaces problems only after the damage is done, and typically focuses on safety while ignoring accuracy, user experience, and operational efficiency. This session presents a practical framework for continuous AI monitoring and evaluation, drawn from deploying automated testing infrastructure across major European enterprises. Attendees will learn why point-in-time testing isn’t enough, how to implement live monitoring that catches failures before they become widespread, and what the EU AI Act actually requires in terms of ongoing oversight versus pre-deployment testing.

Agentic Experience Architectures

Agentic Experience Architectures (AEA) shift AI from task-based automation to journey-structured, context-aware, adaptive intelligence. Agents are organized by user journeys, splitting into: Journey agents that guide intent and decisions, Utility agents that provide memory, retrieval, reasoning, and governance. AEA introduces a layered orchestration model — planner → orchestrators → routers → agents — enabling traceability, safety, and efficient multi-agent collaboration. It fits best where reasoning and user experience must co-evolve (copilots, analytics, Vertical Saas, healthcare, creative tools, enterprise platforms). Security becomes zero-trust, policy-bound, and identity-based across all stages. AEA uses shared state and intent schemas to synchronize reasoning and UX, allowing adaptive, explainable interfaces. With reusable templates, observability, and continuous learning loops, AEA significantly improves:
latency, containment, trust, explainability, cost, and multi-agent yield.

From AI Hype to ROI: A Business Framework for Reliable AI Agents

The current landscape of AI technologies often feels like a Swiss Army knife: incredibly powerful, but business leaders are left guessing which tool to use for which problem. Furthermore, early enterprise attempts to deploy AI often rely on fragile, monolithic instructions that lead to unpredictable results, hallucinations, and high costs. This actionable session cuts through the hype to provide a practical, executive-level framework for building reliable AI solutions.First, we establish clear, strategic rules of thumb by walking through relatable enterprise scenarios, from field operations to executive data dashboards. We will demystify core AI architectures by focusing purely on their business utility: when to use AI for secure data retrieval, when to integrate it safely as hands within your existing enterprise systems, and when to deploy autonomous teams of agents to handle complex, multi-step workflows. Next, we introduce a paradigm shift in AI deployment: Agentic Skills. Instead of building unpredictable AI from scratch, attendees will learn how to implement modular, plug-and-play capabilities. These act as strict rulebooks and quality-assurance checkpoints, reducing errors and operational costs. Business leaders will leave this session equipped with the strategic clarity needed to stop experimenting with fragile AI and start deploying scalable, cost-effective solutions that drive tangible enterprise value without getting lost in the technical acronyms.

Responsible, Inclusive, Viable: Rethinking AI for a Sustainable Future

The current trajectory of AI is increasingly unsustainable --  the growing computational demands of AI systems carry significant environmental impacts, the deployment of AI can reinforce and amplify existing inequities, and the escalating costs of developing and maintaining large-scale AI models raise concerns about long-term viability and equitable access. Together, these challenges suggest the need to rethink how we design, build, and deploy AI systems—prioritizing broader sustainability considerations to ensure that future AI innovation is responsible, inclusive, and viable over the long term.

Continuous Discovery for the Digital Age: From Guesswork to Simulation

Marketing teams still make many decisions based on gut feeling or late post-campaign data. This session shows how AI-driven customer simulation enables continuous discovery, giving marketers always-on insight to test concepts, messaging, and journeys daily rather than quarterly. Drawing on enterprise examples from automotive, banking, telco, and energy (where AI panels delivered over 1 billion simulated responses in 2025), the talk focuses on when AI supports human insight, why different questions need different AI approaches, and how to embed continuous insight into modern marketing workflows.

AI Decisioning: The Missing Layer Between Data and Activation

Modern marketing stacks are rich in data and increasingly powered by machine learning, but a critical layer is often missing: decisioning. This talk introduces AI Decisioning as a structured approach to bridging the gap between predictive models and marketing execution. By combining first-party data, predictive signals (such as customer value and intent), and decision logic, organizations can automate key marketing actions across channels. We will propose a clear framework to understand how data, predictions, decisions, and activation systems interact, along with practical examples of how this approach improves efficiency, reduces wasted spend, and drives higher-quality outcomes.

The AI-Augmented Strategist: How AI is Redesigning Strategy

Generative AI is changing the strategist’s work more profoundly than it appears. It’s not just about speed; it’s about changing how we think, explore, and decide. This session explores how AI transforms every stage of marketing and communication strategy—from research to insight, from concept to prototyping—and why the real leap isn’t just using the tools, but rethinking the process itself. We will explore what happens when the strategist stops searching for answers and starts asking better questions; when an idea can be tested the moment it is imagined; and when the boundary between thinking and producing finally dissolves.

Agentic Moment of Truth

AI is not just changing how we search for products. It is redefining who we are as consumers and who brands must become to exist in this new world. P&G gave us the First Moment of Truth (the shelf). Google gave us the Zero Moment of Truth (search). Now, we are in the Agentic Moment of Truth: the moment when AI surfaces needs the consumer didn't even know they had, builds a narrative around the choice, and returns 3-5 options. Anyone who doesn’t appear in those 3-5 is simply absent. The Agentic Moment of Truth is not about search; it’s about discovery. The consumer delegates to AI not just the selection of options, but the very definition of the need. This talk presents the results of the first systematic Italian research—combining quantitative data, qualitative interviews, and focus groups—to begin understanding this phenomenon in its entirety.

Experiential Marketing: How to Organize a Pop-Up and the Media Strategy to Promote It

In a landscape dominated by advertising saturation, what truly remains etched in memory is not the message, but the emotion it evokes. Experiential Marketing represents the strategic response to a context of widespread inattention: an approach that places individuals at the center, transforming the consumer into an active protagonist of the brand experience. Yet, how does one organize an effective Pop-Up, and how is it promoted at a media level?

Designing Scalable Hospitality: AI, Systems, and Human Intelligence to keep guests coming back.

“We redesigned the website.” “We have sea-view rooms.” “We launched TikTok.” “We implemented AI.” Great. But do guests come back? In tourism 2026, the challenge is not collecting tools, but designing a scalable system. Social media, CRM, and AI become operational infrastructure to increase retention and guest satisfaction. Technology organizes and anticipates; soft skills manage conflicts and unexpected situations. Because innovation alone doesn’t create happy check-outs.

"You are not normal" is a phrase that almost everyone has heard at least once in their life, and certainly not as a compliment. But is it always true that it’s better to be "normal"? Above all, what does "normal" actually mean, and why is this adjective often used as a sort of club to marginalize those who don't fit certain models?

AI Is Rewriting Digital Media Economics: Measurement, Identity, and Adaptive Growth

Digital media business models were built on deterministic tracking and fragmented measurement. That foundation is collapsing under privacy regulation and signal loss. This session explores how AI driven identity layers, probabilistic modeling, and adaptive feedback systems are rebuilding digital media economics. Attendees will learn how to design measurement architectures that power sustainable growth across acquisition, retention, and monetization.

Professionale e Ispirazionale (Ideale per il programma ufficiale) Title: Are you confusing the means with the end? The heart of hospitality is human—AI is "only" a tool. Real stories from those making it happen

In a world that moves at breakneck speed, time has become a luxury. From this perspective, new technologies are tools that help us reclaim it. Those working in the hotel industry know it well: a significant portion of daily work is spent answering the same questions or performing repetitive, low-value tasks. In every hotel, valuable resources are stuck in these routines. Today, AI Assistants can handle these interactions automatically and with great efficiency. Innovation in hospitality is not just about technology; it’s about how hoteliers and their teams choose to use their time. In this session, we will share how hospitality entrepreneurs are reinvesting the time gained through AI to create real added value: human growth, operational efficiency, stronger guest relationships, better teamwork, greater authenticity, and more sustainable working conditions (meaning staff stay longer!).

From Billable Hours to Outcomes: Building Agent Practices That Actually Make Money

The enterprise applications services industry is facing its most significant business model disruption in decades. McKinsey now earns 20–25% of global fees from outcome-based pricing. They’ve deployed approximately 12,000 AI agents internally and shrunk typical project teams from 14+ consultants to 2–3 consultants plus AI agents. Meanwhile, 42% of companies abandoned most AI initiatives in 2025, and the average enterprise scrapped 46% of AI pilots before production. This speech delivers a practitioner’s playbook for system integrators building AI agent practices that actually make money. Drawing from a decade of enterprise software experience across multiple continents and ecosystems, the speaker introduces the Culture–Context–Code framework and a realistic 90-day sprint to first agent in production, followed by a 9-month transformation roadmap. Attendees will leave with a concrete operating model, specific pricing structures with real numbers, a step-by-step execution timeline, and a clear understanding of how to navigate the EU AI Act, DORA, and NIS2 regulatory landscape while building AI agent practices.

Beyond the voice: AI for global, scalable, and accessible tourism

This session explores the transformative impact of Artificial Intelligence in the Travel & Tourism sector through the case study of Vox Aura. We will discover how a proprietary AI algorithm can solve long-standing logistical challenges for operators by providing high-fidelity, real-time translations. However, the innovation goes beyond spoken language: thanks to simultaneous text transcription, our technology makes tours inclusive and accessible to the hearing impaired. We will illustrate how adopting this AI allows B2B partners to immediately expand their market, turning travelers once excluded—by linguistic or sensory barriers—into concrete new business opportunities, all in the name of ethical and borderless tourism.
