Mathew Knowles is an entrepreneur, talent manager, and university lecturer, internationally recognized for his role in shaping some of the most iconic careers in contemporary music. As the founder of Music World Entertainment, he managed the global success of Destiny’s Child and played a pivotal role in launching Beyoncé’s solo career, developing innovative strategies in artist branding and marketing.
Before entering the music industry, he built a strong corporate background at companies such as Xerox, where he developed expertise in sales and strategic management—skills he later applied to entertainment.
Today, he is a professor and international speaker, focusing on leadership, entrepreneurship, branding, and the music business, combining academic insight with real-world experience.

Uljan Sharka is an entrepreneur and AI innovator, founder and CEO of DOMYN, a deep-tech company developing artificial intelligence solutions to support business decision-making. Under his leadership, iGenius has grown into one of Europe’s leading players in the AI space, working with major international corporations and complex organizations.
His vision focuses on democratizing access to data and leveraging artificial intelligence as a strategic business enabler. He actively contributes to discussions around AI ethics, promoting a responsible and transparent approach to technological development.

Henna Virkkunen is a Finnish politician and leading expert in European digital policy, currently serving as Executive Vice-President of the European Commission for tech sovereignty, security, democracy, and frontier digital technologies. Throughout her career, she has held several ministerial roles in Finland, including Minister of Education and Minister of Transport and Communications, becoming one of Europe’s leading voices on technological innovation and digital transformation.
Her vision focuses on strengthening Europe’s technological competitiveness, cybersecurity, and the development of trustworthy and responsible artificial intelligence. Over the years, she has contributed to the European debate on AI governance, digital platform regulation, and technological sovereignty, promoting a balance between innovation, democratic protection, and sustainable technological development.

Francesca Albanese is an Italian jurist and international official, widely regarded as one of the most authoritative voices globally in the field of human rights and international law.
Since May 2022 she has served as the United Nations Special Rapporteur on the Occupied Palestinian Territories, becoming the first Italian woman and only the second Italian overall to hold this position.
Throughout her career she has built a multidisciplinary profile combining academic research, institutional advisory work, and international advocacy, accumulating over a decade of experience within the United Nations alongside governments and civil society actors across the Middle East, North Africa, and the Pacific. Prior to her UN mandate, she served as Senior Adviser on Migration and Forced Displacement at the NGO ARDD (Arab Renaissance for Democracy and Development), where she coordinated the Question of Palestine programme.
