With the ICARUS project, students from the University of Pisa and Jakidale will attempt to set a new record for the world's largest paper airplane. To beat the current record held since 2013, the model—featuring a 20-meter wingspan—must fly for at least 15 meters after launching from a 3-meter-high platform.
