Training Empathy: How to Use AI with Care in Web Editing
AI writes, rewrites, and synthesizes. It renders everything more accessible yet more fragile, as the loss of attention is ever-present: for this reason, it is essential to perceive web editing as a daily and conscious act of care in writing, source verification, and listening to the readership. Every action is composed of time, doubts, and concessions. And empathy? It reveals itself as a professional competence, enabling the recognition of the actual needs underlying a query and the expectations behind a click.

Measuring the Invisible: End-to-End attribution strategies in the AI and zero-click era
In 2026, the customer journey has gone 'silent': AI agents and zero-click searches now mediate interactions, making old click-based models and navigation tracking completely inadequate. This session outlines our proposition for end-to-end measurement that unifies signals from the pixel to offline CRM data, centralizing everything in BigQuery. We will shift the focus from vanity metrics to CLTV and pCLTV. We’ll explore why incrementality measurement protocols and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) are now the only tools capable of proving the real impact of marketing on company margins.

How to avoid the enshittification of your content strategy. Less is better!
The Priority Prism choosing what to do, and what not to do. In recent years, marketing complexity has exploded: new touchpoints, new formats, new platforms, and new AI-driven tools. The promise is efficiency; the result is often fragmentation. Many content strategies start with a clear direction but, over time, become cluttered with disconnected activities—chasing trends, adding channels, and experimenting with tools. Output increases, but impact doesn't. This is precisely when 'enshittification' begins. In this session, I will present the Priority Prism, a decision-making framework designed for CMOs and marketing managers to restore order to complexity. The model is based on a simple principle: every piece of content must be filtered through a specific primary brand goal—whether it's Sales, Awareness, Positioning, or Talent Attraction. Every goal requires coherent actions and, crucially, specific sacrifices. Through real-world cases and practical applications, we will see how to use the Prism to: Select high-impact initiatives.Eliminate 'decorative' activities. Avoid AI-enabled compulsive production. Concentrate budget and teams on a few strategic actions. The thesis is clear: in today's landscape, the ultimate competitive advantage isn't doing everything—it's choosing what NOT to do. This speech is for those who feel the pressure to be everywhere but want to return to a strategy that is legible, coherent, and measurable. Less noise. More direction. Real impact.

Where is social media attention in the era of the infinite feed?
In 2026, the winner is not the one who publishes the most, but the one who understands how attention works. With a feed scrolling faster than ever—more creators, more formats, more stimuli, more noise—the real problem is no longer publishing more, but understanding where attention actually lies and how to capture it without burning out your brand in the process. In this talk, we will analyze how user behavior has changed on current social media, which formats are truly retaining attention, which dynamics are dying even if they still seem "trending," and why chasing the algorithm is no longer a sustainable strategy.

Beyond Red Teaming: Building a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation framework for conversational AI
As enterprises rush to deploy AI agents in customer-facing operations, most rely on one-time audits and manual testing. This approach offers limited coverage, surfaces problems only after the damage is done, and typically focuses on safety while ignoring accuracy, user experience, and operational efficiency. This session presents a practical framework for continuous AI monitoring and evaluation, drawn from deploying automated testing infrastructure across major European enterprises. Attendees will learn why point-in-time testing isn’t enough, how to implement live monitoring that catches failures before they become widespread, and what the EU AI Act actually requires in terms of ongoing oversight versus pre-deployment testing.

Creator Mindset for Brands: credibility, codes, and AI
Social media rewards those who communicate with an authentic and contemporary language: formats, tone, timing, and methods that creators have mastered best. Can a brand adopt that mindset without losing authority and recognizability? How do you balance identity and "native content"? And how can you use AI as an ally, rather than a shortcut, to make the creative process more effective? Shaping the Sound of the Future: AI for Audio and Podcast Production
In an era where artificial intelligence actively enters creative processes, our conceptualization of music and audio is undergoing a radical transformation. In this speech, we will explore how AI can support audio and podcast production, examining the various creative stages (scriptwriting, musical composition, mixing, and mastering). We will analyze tools and instruments that enable the generation of synthetic voices, the transformation of one's own voice, the creation of entire tracks from text prompts, or the implementation of auto-editing solutions for podcasts. Finally, we will look toward the future: what will be the role of the musician, the producer, and the sound designer in a landscape where AI can both extend and redefine creativity?

ADV & CRO: A conversation that’s (Almost) missing — Why it’s time to unite them
ADV and CRO are often managed by separate teams, yet their integration is essential. CRO is not just a UX discipline—it has a direct impact on the primary KPI that drives the success of many campaigns. It is no longer sustainable for media teams to overlook CRO, nor for optimization teams to ignore the quality and intent of incoming traffic.Having started my career in media agencies and now working at Contentsquare, I aim to highlight this gap and share practical ways to better integrate these two areas, drawing on examples from leading Italian brands we work with on a daily basis.

Agentic Experience Architectures
Agentic Experience Architectures (AEA) shift AI from task-based automation to journey-structured, context-aware, adaptive intelligence. Agents are organized by user journeys, splitting into: Journey agents that guide intent and decisions, Utility agents that provide memory, retrieval, reasoning, and governance. AEA introduces a layered orchestration model — planner → orchestrators → routers → agents — enabling traceability, safety, and efficient multi-agent collaboration. It fits best where reasoning and user experience must co-evolve (copilots, analytics, Vertical Saas, healthcare, creative tools, enterprise platforms). Security becomes zero-trust, policy-bound, and identity-based across all stages. AEA uses shared state and intent schemas to synchronize reasoning and UX, allowing adaptive, explainable interfaces. With reusable templates, observability, and continuous learning loops, AEA significantly improves: latency, containment, trust, explainability, cost, and multi-agent yield.

From AI Hype to ROI: A Business Framework for Reliable AI Agents
The current landscape of AI technologies often feels like a Swiss Army knife: incredibly powerful, but business leaders are left guessing which tool to use for which problem. Furthermore, early enterprise attempts to deploy AI often rely on fragile, monolithic instructions that lead to unpredictable results, hallucinations, and high costs. This actionable session cuts through the hype to provide a practical, executive-level framework for building reliable AI solutions.First, we establish clear, strategic rules of thumb by walking through relatable enterprise scenarios, from field operations to executive data dashboards. We will demystify core AI architectures by focusing purely on their business utility: when to use AI for secure data retrieval, when to integrate it safely as hands within your existing enterprise systems, and when to deploy autonomous teams of agents to handle complex, multi-step workflows. Next, we introduce a paradigm shift in AI deployment: Agentic Skills. Instead of building unpredictable AI from scratch, attendees will learn how to implement modular, plug-and-play capabilities. These act as strict rulebooks and quality-assurance checkpoints, reducing errors and operational costs. Business leaders will leave this session equipped with the strategic clarity needed to stop experimenting with fragile AI and start deploying scalable, cost-effective solutions that drive tangible enterprise value without getting lost in the technical acronyms.

Your website is a person: Google decides whether to introduce them to its friends.
A talk on SEO, UX, and AI explained through the lens of human relationships. Google does not evaluate the website; it evaluates the "reactions" to the website. Imagine this encounter: Core Web Vitals represent the first impression; if you are sluggish or confused, you fail to make a favorable impact. Discover is the moment Google decides whether to introduce you to its friends, and AI serves as the "emotional memory" that speaks of your brand.

Will Media: from follower to maker. How to transform a community into a self-sustaining ecosystem
Will Media is one of the most interesting cases of an editorial community born on social media and grown to generate events, formats, and real-life meeting moments. But how do you transform attention into a relationship that lasts over time? In this speech, we analyze the Will Media model and show how segmentation, personalization, and automation tools can take a community to the next level: an ecosystem where every interaction fuels the next, without depending solely on the next piece of content.

Beyond Generative AI: new frontiers of stochastic parrots
Generative AI has revolutionized the way we produce images and videos, but stopping at the surface level—the “stochastic parrot” that imitates without understanding—means missing the true scale of this transformation. Today, we are entering a new phase: image and video generation models are no longer just creative tools, but are becoming analytical engines capable of reading and interpreting multimedia data. Saliency maps, user behavior simulations, predictive analysis of content consumption: all of this opens up new scenarios for audiovisual production, from marketing to training, from advertising to cultural platforms. My talk will explore these new frontiers: how generative models are evolving, what opportunities they offer in visual content design, and how media-based data analysis allows us to move beyond simple imitation into a dimension of understanding, simulation, and experimentation. No longer just stochastic parrots, but true ecosystems of artificial intelligence that are transforming creativity, work, and the relationship with audiences. I would like to deliver this talk in a fireside chat format with my partner and colleague Mateusz Miroslaw Lis, AI Engineer, with whom I am conducting field research on this topic.

Social updates 2026: how to use AI to adapt content, ads, and strategy
Social media are constantly changing: new formats, new algorithms, and new distribution rules. The real problem is not staying updated, but understanding what to do after each update. In this talk, we will analyze the main news from Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, and we will see how to use artificial intelligence—not to generate content automatically, but to strategically adapt content, advertising campaigns, and workflows. From reading updates to their practical application: what has truly changed on the platforms, what to stop doing, and how to use AI to test, optimize, and decide faster. A practical session designed for marketers, freelancers, and teams who want to stop chasing algorithms and continue working with method, data, and strategy.

Experiential Marketing: How to Organize a Pop-Up and the Media Strategy to Promote It
In a landscape dominated by advertising saturation, what truly remains etched in memory is not the message, but the emotion it evokes. Experiential Marketing represents the strategic response to a context of widespread inattention: an approach that places individuals at the center, transforming the consumer into an active protagonist of the brand experience. Yet, how does one organize an effective Pop-Up, and how is it promoted at a media level?

AI Agents are the new users: protecting data quality and decision-making between bots and real users
AI agents are no longer a thing of the future: today, they navigate your website, generate interactions, and complete conversions with such naturalness that it has become nearly impossible to distinguish them from real users. In this landscape, standard event tracking is no longer enough to block and filter "synthetic" data generated by increasingly sophisticated bots and AI systems. Consequently, maintaining high-quality data and making profitable strategic decisions requires more advanced bot-filtering methods. In this session, I will demonstrate how to protect your data quality by combining behavioral analysis — using tools like Microsoft Clarity — with real-time, AI-driven bot traffic controls. You will discover how to recognize the difference between human and synthetic behaviors, building an analytics system that remains reliable even in this new era.

Conversational Analytics: The New Paradigm of Data Analysis
For years, we’ve built dashboards, selected filters, dragged dimensions, and then... we "waited" for the right insight. Today, the approach has been flipped: Artificial Intelligence allows us to interact directly with data, ask questions in natural language, and receive structured, concise answers ready to be shared. In this session, using real-world cases and concrete tools, I will show you how AI is transforming reporting. We will explore the shift from static visualizations to dynamic conversations, the transition from time lost in tools to time gained in insights, and the move from hand-built dashboards to real-time generated narratives. This isn't the end of data analytics. It is the beginning of a new way of thinking with data.

From Billable Hours to Outcomes: Building Agent Practices That Actually Make Money
The enterprise applications services industry is facing its most significant business model disruption in decades. McKinsey now earns 20–25% of global fees from outcome-based pricing. They’ve deployed approximately 12,000 AI agents internally and shrunk typical project teams from 14+ consultants to 2–3 consultants plus AI agents. Meanwhile, 42% of companies abandoned most AI initiatives in 2025, and the average enterprise scrapped 46% of AI pilots before production. This speech delivers a practitioner’s playbook for system integrators building AI agent practices that actually make money. Drawing from a decade of enterprise software experience across multiple continents and ecosystems, the speaker introduces the Culture–Context–Code framework and a realistic 90-day sprint to first agent in production, followed by a 9-month transformation roadmap. Attendees will leave with a concrete operating model, specific pricing structures with real numbers, a step-by-step execution timeline, and a clear understanding of how to navigate the EU AI Act, DORA, and NIS2 regulatory landscape while building AI agent practices.

AI has made podcasting fast, easy, and accessible to everyone. But while production is exploding thanks to automation, listening time remains the same. SEO beyond Google: mastering the Social Search ecosystem between UGC algorithms and hybrid intents
While the world debates whether AI will kill SEO, a quieter and more immediate revolution has already reshaped user behavior: search has become fragmented.Today, the customer journey is a maze: a trend explodes on Instagram, gets validated through discussions on Reddit, influences searches on Google, and ends with an impulse purchase on TikTok. In this scenario, optimizing for a single platform is pure strategic myopia. In this talk, we will dismantle the concept of “siloed SEO” to embrace a strategy of Integrated Search Intelligence. You won’t see the usual vertical case study, but an operational framework born from months of technical testing across social algorithms and traditional search engines. We will explore how UGC (User Generated Content) signals influence ranking and how Google is becoming the “curator” of what happens on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. What you’ll take away:• Algorithmic mapping: how ranking signals differ between traditional SERPs and algorithmic feeds.• Hybrid keyword research: why traditional keyword research is failing and how to map “social queries.”• Contentlongevity: strategies to turn “ephemeral” content into indexable assets that generate traffic for months.
