To Care, to Bear Witness, to Resist

During a humanitarian emergency, in contexts marked by conflict, hunger, and violence, words become an integral part of medical action. Denouncing injustice, bearing witness to survivors' stories, and celebrating their resilience is a form of care, especially in the many places far from the media spotlight. This is what the field staff of Doctors Without Borders (MSF) learn—a humanitarian organization that, for over 50 years, has combined medical action with the act of bearing witness. When silence is more terrifying than bombs or epidemics, words can become both healing and defense.

It's Art!

In my speech, I explore art created with AI, demonstrating how, within the horizon of contemporary art, value no longer resides in technique but in the idea. What truly matters is the one who imagines, not who or what executes. Thus, AI becomes a legitimate instrument of the creative act, an extension of human vision and an integral part of the artistic process.

Training Empathy: How to Use AI with Care in Web Editing

AI writes, rewrites, and synthesizes. It renders everything more accessible yet more fragile, as the loss of attention is ever-present: for this reason, it is essential to perceive web editing as a daily and conscious act of care in writing, source verification, and listening to the readership. Every action is composed of time, doubts, and concessions. And empathy? It reveals itself as a professional competence, enabling the recognition of the actual needs underlying a query and the expectations behind a click.

Building Revenue Engines for Impact: from Mission to Measurable Growth

Mission-driven organizations rarely fail for a lack of vision. They fail for a lack of structure in growth. After more than 15 years between international corporates and non-profits, building teams that have generated millions of euros for environmental and social projects, I have learned that impact is not scaled with enthusiasm, but with architecture: clear objectives, defined roles, sales and fundraising systems, strategic partnerships, and results-oriented leadership. In this session, I will share the practical framework I use to transform mission into sustainable growth, without compromising identity and credibility. We will talk about revenue engines, corporate partnerships, team organization, and the main mistakes that block impact-driven entities when they try to grow. This is not a motivational talk. It is an operational method for those who truly want to scale.

Sexual health is not a trend: dissemination, taboos, and responsibility in new media

The objective of this talk is to provide critical tools for understanding how new media influence the narrative of the body, intimacy, and sexual health. Through a scientific and educational approach, the speech assists in recognizing the distinction between information, entertainment, and misinformation, promoting responsible communication capable of dismantling taboos without trivializing issues that have a tangible impact on individual and collective health. It contributes to the construction of a more conscious digital culture, wherein sexual health, education, and scientific information become instruments of individual empowerment and social impact.

Transforming limitations into strength

As a child, I was told that my dreams were impossible. For years, I believed I was flawed, until I chose to transform every limitation into uniqueness. The most arduous journey was learning to love myself. Today, I am IroNadia: a bodybuilding champion and Knight of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic. My story demonstrates that diversity is not a hindrance, but an immense strength. True limits exist only within the ideas of others; overcoming them is possible, for ourselves and for those seeking the courage to rise again.

Neuromarketing in the AI Era: why understanding the human mind matters more than ever

Artificial intelligence can generate content, analyze data, and optimize campaigns in seconds. However, one fundamental element is still missing: a deep understanding of the cognitive and emotional mechanisms that drive human decision-making.

From artificial intelligence to hybrid intelligence: new ideas for better interaction with AI Technologies

We live alongside machines that write, suggest, diagnose, and make decisions with us. But the real question is not how intelligent these systems are: it is what we become when we learn to use them at their best. Focusing on how to design better hybrid intelligence encourages us to move beyond both enthusiasm and fear, and allows us to understand how to build more lucid and responsible collaborative relationships between people and the technologies they use to work, stay informed, and create value.

By now, most brands are using AI in some capacity. But few understand how and why these systems make decisions - which means they’re not actually leveraging AI. Joya Scarlata and Mara Dettmann, hosts of The Marketer’s Guide to the AI Galaxy, unpack the gap between AI adoption and real AI literacy in a session which challenges how brand leaders think about measuring AI success and what “capability” really means in the age of agentic systems. They ultimately introduce a more grounded framework for working with AI - because when everyone has access to the same tools, the real competitive edge comes from understanding what those tools are actually doing, and knowing how to steer them.

How to steal a job from AI — The most useless talk of the day

“How to Steal a Job from AI” is probably the most useless talk of the day. Because let’s be honest: AI is taking our jobs. Period. So what am I even doing here? Talking to you—pointlessly—about how to “make a difference,” while we’re slowly being replaced by something that doesn’t sleep, doesn’t complain, and doesn’t ask for a raise. But since we’re here… let’s at least see how to lose our jobs with style and elegance.

The synthetic truth: trust, deepfakes, and the future of information in the age of AI

Deepfakes are redefining the boundary between what is real and what is false. Through a study on users’ reactions to AI-generated content distributed by sources perceived as trustworthy, we will explore how trust is built in the age of synthetic media. Even when flagged, deepfakes are often misunderstood or ignored, amid polarized emotions and limited critical awareness. What happens to truth when everything can be generated?

Beyond Generic AI: How Brands Reclaim Their Visual Identity in the GenAI Era and Why Performance Can No Longer Be a Guessing Game

Generative AI has theoretically revolutionized content creation. In practice, however, brands face a paradox: it has never been easier to produce unlimited volumes of content and it has never been harder to ensure that this content actually looks and feels like the brand. The result is an abundance of generic, interchangeable, visually identity-less assets that rarely deliver on KPIs. In a world where content is the most powerful brand touchpoint, this isn’t just inefficient — it’s risky. This keynote introduces a scientifically developed workflow that bridges the gap between brand identity and AI. It demonstrates how brands can empirically decode their visual DNA, align generative AI with it, and predict performance before anything goes live. Three developments sit at the core and they define the future of content creation: 1. From Generic Output to Brand-Specific Signature How the visual DNA of a brand can be algorithmically captured and why this is the foundation for truly differentiated, recognizable, and on-brand GenAI content. 2. KPI-Optimized Generation Instead of Trial-and-Error How content can be guided not only by aesthetics but by data, enabling more precise targeting, stronger relevance, and higher performance across the entire consumer journey. 3. Predicting Performance Before Content Goes Live How AI reduces human subjectivity in content selection, minimizes creative risk, and enables faster, more confident decision-making. The keynote blends research insights, practical examples, and learnings from data-driven brand communication. It shows how brands will use AI in the coming years not to simply produce more content, but to create better content; content that is on-brand, KPI-effective, and scientifically validated. This is how generative AI evolves from a creative guessing game into a validated system that unifies brand identity, KPIs, and performance prediction into one scalable workflow.

How to avoid the enshittification of your content strategy. Less is better!

The Priority Prism choosing what to do, and what not to do. In recent years, marketing complexity has exploded: new touchpoints, new formats, new platforms, and new AI-driven tools. The promise is efficiency; the result is often fragmentation. Many content strategies start with a clear direction but, over time, become cluttered with disconnected activities—chasing trends, adding channels, and experimenting with tools. Output increases, but impact doesn't. This is precisely when 'enshittification' begins. In this session, I will present the Priority Prism, a decision-making framework designed for CMOs and marketing managers to restore order to complexity. The model is based on a simple principle: every piece of content must be filtered through a specific primary brand goal—whether it's Sales, Awareness, Positioning, or Talent Attraction. Every goal requires coherent actions and, crucially, specific sacrifices. Through real-world cases and practical applications, we will see how to use the Prism to: Select high-impact initiatives.Eliminate 'decorative' activities. Avoid AI-enabled compulsive production. Concentrate budget and teams on a few strategic actions. The thesis is clear: in today's landscape, the ultimate competitive advantage isn't doing everything—it's choosing what NOT to do. This speech is for those who feel the pressure to be everywhere but want to return to a strategy that is legible, coherent, and measurable. Less noise. More direction. Real impact.

Where is social media attention in the era of the infinite feed?

In 2026, the winner is not the one who publishes the most, but the one who understands how attention works. With a feed scrolling faster than ever—more creators, more formats, more stimuli, more noise—the real problem is no longer publishing more, but understanding where attention actually lies and how to capture it without burning out your brand in the process. In this talk, we will analyze how user behavior has changed on current social media, which formats are truly retaining attention, which dynamics are dying even if they still seem "trending," and why chasing the algorithm is no longer a sustainable strategy.

Responsible, Inclusive, Viable: Rethinking AI for a Sustainable Future

The current trajectory of AI is increasingly unsustainable --  the growing computational demands of AI systems carry significant environmental impacts, the deployment of AI can reinforce and amplify existing inequities, and the escalating costs of developing and maintaining large-scale AI models raise concerns about long-term viability and equitable access. Together, these challenges suggest the need to rethink how we design, build, and deploy AI systems—prioritizing broader sustainability considerations to ensure that future AI innovation is responsible, inclusive, and viable over the long term.

Creator Mindset for Brands: credibility, codes, and AI

Social media rewards those who communicate with an authentic and contemporary language: formats, tone, timing, and methods that creators have mastered best. Can a brand adopt that mindset without losing authority and recognizability? How do you balance identity and "native content"? And how can you use AI as an ally, rather than a shortcut, to make the creative process more effective? Social Media Troupe proposes a perspective to help companies build social-first content capable of generating attention and trust.

Nobody Wants You to Be Original

The audience isn’t looking for originality. They want to recognize themselves. They seek the comfort of the familiar, the confirmation of their own ideas. They want to see themselves reflected in words they didn't know they had inside. This is why memes, tropes, jokes, and formats repeat infinitely: virality is simply rewriting what everyone already knows, with a slightly different twist. We defend the idea of originality as a measure of value because we are afraid to admit it’s not true. Admitting that a content’s success stems from skill, context, timing, and a pinch of luck strips the magic away from the myth of the "genius." It’s a less romantic story, but a truer one. If anyone can remix, then anyone can succeed. And that is exactly what scares us. The myth of originality is overrated, but imagination is not. True skill lies in reimagining, recombining, and transforming what already exists into something surprising. Ideas explode when a familiar model is bent at just the right angle. If this bothers you, then ask yourself: “Would I rather defend the illusion of being original, or create something that actually gets people talking?”

Shaping the Sound of the Future: AI for Audio and Podcast Production

In an era where artificial intelligence actively enters creative processes, our conceptualization of music and audio is undergoing a radical transformation. In this speech, we will explore how AI can support audio and podcast production, examining the various creative stages (scriptwriting, musical composition, mixing, and mastering). We will analyze tools and instruments that enable the generation of synthetic voices, the transformation of one's own voice, the creation of entire tracks from text prompts, or the implementation of auto-editing solutions for podcasts. Finally, we will look toward the future: what will be the role of the musician, the producer, and the sound designer in a landscape where AI can both extend and redefine creativity?

The Pink Tax: The Price of "Tech for Her"

Why does a splash of rose gold often cost an extra 20%? From pastel laptops to "feminine" smartwatches, tech marketed to women frequently carries a steeper price tag without any boost in technical specs. How does the "Pink Tax" manifest in the digital age, and in what ways do superficial aesthetic shifts mask price gouging? What is the psychology behind gendered branding, and why should "shrinking and pinking" a gadget result in a premium? This session explores how we can demand equity in both hardware and the price tag.

Reclaiming Our Shared Humanity: Navigating Global Fragility Through Dialogue, Dignity, and Collective Responsibility

In an era where international law is increasingly undermined, multilateral trust is eroding, and power rivalries threaten global stability, the very fabric of our shared humanity is being tested. Dr. Siyabulela Mandela’s keynote explores how today’s fractured world can rediscover its moral compass by re-centering diplomacy on empathy, justice, and mutual respect. Drawing from the legacies of peacebuilding and the enduring wisdom that liberty and humanity are inseparable, this address calls for a renewed commitment to bridge divides between North and South, state and citizen, progress and principle. Through a lens of diplomacy, human rights, and humanitarian action, Dr. Mandela will illuminate how inclusive dialogue and collective responsibility can reshape the international system, not merely to manage crises, but to transform fragility into an opportunity for lasting peace, shared prosperity, and restored global trust.

Brands, AI, and Generations: Designing Coexistence? Future Brands 2026: New Brand Narratives across Generations and Agentic AI

The question of whether to adopt AI is already obsolete. The question emerging now is more uncomfortable: how do we design coexistence with an interlocutor that is no longer just the consumer? Alongside them, increasingly, stands an algorithmic agent. It evaluates, filters, and decides on its own—and it does so differently depending on who it’s facing, generation by generation. This session focuses on three core directives: what "coexistence" truly means when the relationship is no longer bilateral; which trust asymmetries emerge across different generations regarding algorithmic delegation; and which concrete levers brands can activate to build narratives and positioning that withstand this new reality. The brands that survive algorithmic mediation are not necessarily the most visible; they are the most recognizable. The GENS Generations Observatory brings two original research assets to WMF 2026. Future Brands (3rd Edition) is a longitudinal study of over 6,000 respondents between 2024 and 2026, spanning Boomers to Gen Z. Agentic Moments of Truth is a new study by The Fool involving 2,000 respondents, designed to understand when and why AI agents enter consumption decisions, and what brand elements successfully break through that mediation.

Nostalgic Brand

Is nostalgia a seductive liar or a marketing lever? And why, in an era of distraction and infinite scrolling, should brands pivot toward the past? There has never been an era so abundant in terms of content; utilizing the lever of nostalgia signifies DESIGNING a narrative that functions within the current context: algorithmic feeds, creators possessing greater influence than brands, and short-form content. In this speech, we shall address emotional connections, storytelling, and the reminiscence bump. Furthermore, we will examine the extent to which memories generate revenue, identifying KPIs that will incentivize the adoption of nostalgia as a strategic approach. Products and campaigns that defined an era must now face a new challenge, maximizing the potential of novel touchpoints such as TikTok and YouTube, collaborating with AI, and respecting their own archetypes while simultaneously evolving. Implementing the storytelling of nostalgia is anything but simple: in this speech, we shall uncover the insights and secrets to transforming it into an effective marketing strategy.

Lights, Prompt, Action! From Traditional to Generative — and Back Again

Everything can be generated with AI — you just need the right prompt. But are we really sure about that? And above all, what truly changes compared to traditional video production? It is now widely acknowledged that AI is a tool serving human creativity, but how does it change the way we think in images? Camera movements, framing, lighting, cinematography, points of view, and editing: without mastering these elements and being able to visualize the video in our minds, we will never truly be able to guide AI.In this talk, we will analyze case studies and concrete examples, comparing scenes from “generative cinema” versus “traditional cinema,” generative editing versus traditional editing, also touching on the infamous “Netflix Light” that is affecting both classic and AI-generated productions alike. Because the waves of change must be ridden with skill and vision — without being overwhelmed by them.

The Influencer Profession in Italy: Taxes, Performance, and Earnings

40,000 active creators, yet only 2.5% have adopted the new ATECO code dedicated to influencers. The average turnover? Approximately €24,000 per year. These figures reveal a market that is still fragmented, where engagement, credibility, and performance are becoming more significant than follower counts. In this speech, we will present the results of the research conducted by Kolsquare and Fiscozen on the real state of the creator economy in Italy: how much creators and influencers earn today, the differences between nano, micro, and macro-creators, and how monetization logic is evolving. One key statistic stands out: only 3.1% of published content is sponsored. This highlights that today’s true value lies not just in reach, but in the ability to build trust and genuinely influence a community.

Superinnovation: What It Really Takes to Build the Future

We live in an age of hyperinnovation: algorithms, data, and artificial intelligence are redefining the economy, work, and society. However, technological progress alone is not enough to generate development and competitiveness. In this conversation, Gianmario Verona and Daniele Manca offer a reflection on what makes authentic innovation possible: culture, strategic vision, organization, and the ability to transform change into the future.

Social updates 2026: how to use AI to adapt content, ads, and strategy

Social media are constantly changing: new formats, new algorithms, and new distribution rules. The real problem is not staying updated, but understanding what to do after each update. In this talk, we will analyze the main news from Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, and we will see how to use artificial intelligence—not to generate content automatically, but to strategically adapt content, advertising campaigns, and workflows. From reading updates to their practical application: what has truly changed on the platforms, what to stop doing, and how to use AI to test, optimize, and decide faster. A practical session designed for marketers, freelancers, and teams who want to stop chasing algorithms and continue working with method, data, and strategy.

AI: Scaling from (linguistic) models to (economic) markets

The real challenge for businesses in the future will be to shift from model training to market design, from focusing on the engineering and "agency" capabilities of the linguistic model itself to the organizational complexity of the "instituting" assembly that instantiates and enhances it. This shift from "models" to "markets," however, will require a cultural and strategic innovation effort, a radical shift in the paradigms of value co-creation between automation, amplification, and coordination.

A speech on how AI has forcefully entered entertainment, advertising, and cinema: a powerful force that does not replace humans, but amplifies them. Cinema, Social Media and New Challenges: the state of the industry in Italy

Italian cinema is undergoing a profound phase of transformation, suspended between the tradition of major productions and the new dynamics of digital communication. In this interview curated by Mauro Zingarelli, we will explore the present and future of the big screen in Italy: from the crucial role of social media in bringing the seventh art closer to new generations, to the complexities of the national production system. A particular focus will be placed on the challenges and barriers young talents face today when entering the industry, in an effort to understand which levers are needed to give new momentum to the Italian audiovisual sector.

Conscious protagonists? The protection of minors in the era of family influencers

In view of a potential law regulating child influencers, we wish to initiate a reflection. We have analyzed over 1,300 pieces of content from family influencers to measure how their children are exposed, in which contexts, and what differentiates organic content from advertisements. The result is a rather alarming picture, both in quantitative and qualitative terms (particularly regarding privacy protection and potential psychological implications).

In Praise of (Ab)normality

"You are not normal" is a phrase that almost everyone has heard at least once in their life, and certainly not as a compliment. But is it always true that it’s better to be "normal"? Above all, what does "normal" actually mean, and why is this adjective often used as a sort of club to marginalize those who don't fit certain models?

Imperfect sustainability

In my speech, I share my personal journey toward a more conscious sustainability—one that began long before I started discussing it on social media. Drawing on my experience as a content creator, I explore the complexities of communicating these themes online today without falling into extremism, guilt, or unrealistic models of perfection. "Imperfect Sustainability" reflects on how small, concrete, daily changes can impact not only our habits but also the way we view the world, consume, choose, and build awareness. Because sustainability is not just about the environment; it is about developing a more critical, ethical, and responsible outlook on the reality that surrounds us.

Why AI for Product Teams Needs to Be Multiplayer

AI has transformed what one person can do. But building great products has never been a solo sport.  In this talk, Dave Ross explores how product teams are adapting — moving from fragmented AI usage to collaborative, agent-powered workflows. Using real examples from Miro, he’ll show how teams are rethinking how they work, build, and learn together.  And why, despite all the change, the fundamentals still win: strong culture, good judgement, and the environments that help teams learn faster — from hackathons to Fail Nights, and the informal moments where the best ideas often emerge

Human Origin Designation: When signing content will matter more than producing it

AI has broken the content marketing equation. For twenty years, the winners were those who produced the most high-quality content. Today, content costs nothing—so it’s no longer a competitive advantage; it’s noise. The real problem is infrastructural: billions of AI-generated pieces are indistinguishable from human ones. How do we certify origin? How do we build trust without perception? Two perspectives rarely brought together—the Digital Marketing Manager and the CTO—come together to tackle a question no one can answer alone: who will build the infrastructure of trust in digital content?

Inside the Algorithm - The Illusion of Neutrality

An interview. A sleeping pill. A seatbelt. What if, behind their apparent objectivity, lay hidden choices, exclusions, and worldviews? This interactive talk takes the audience inside the algorithm and beyond, revealing a common thread: science and technology reflect society. What we call 'objectivity' is the result of historical and cultural choices—subtle, yet inevitable. The future isn't just in the code. It is in our hands.

AI and Podcasting: When everyone is creating, what makes us stand out?

AI has made podcasting fast, easy, and accessible to everyone. But while production is exploding thanks to automation, listening time remains the same. The question then shifts: it’s no longer about how to create content with AI, but how to avoid becoming invisible among AI-generated content. In a saturated ecosystem, what will truly make the difference? This session looks beyond the tools: to where it’s actually decided who gets heard.
