Many Comics and Visual Arts artists have experimented, through the web, with new ways of promoting and interacting with their readers. Furthermore, they have found a way to give space to their creativity The Creative Arts district of the WMF will host numerous artists from all over Italy. From the most innovative and digitally oriented to the most traditionalist, art in all its forms will be celebrated in this dedicated area to show the international audience of the WMF new projects and creativity.

During the past editions of the WMF, The International School of Comics, The Sign Accademy, Boban Pesov, the cartoonists Jenus and Gud, Feudalesimo e Libertà, FumEddy, Memorie a 8 bit, Yobi and many others have participated and told the story of the WMF through their works. The call aims to intercept young talents in the artistic field and give them the opportunity to show their skills to a large audience and offer the opportunity to those selected to exhibit their works and make new ones directly in the Creative Art District of the WMF.
