While the attention economy rewards those who capture clicks, prediction markets reward those who make more accurate forecasts. Built on open blockchain infrastructures, users’ economic participation fuels a process of collective intelligence that has the potential to reshape the way we observe and make decisions, while also introducing new risks to which we are not yet accustomed.

The Electronic Identity Card (CIE) is usually used for hotel check-ins, activating or using SPID, or accessing public administration portals. But there is more! In this demo, we will use it for something less predictable: making a stablecoin payment between two users. A practical way to see what happens when state-issued digital identity meets on-chain services.

Every phase of change has had its “no” and its “it will never work.” The evolution of market infrastructures, as told by those who have experienced it from the inside: resistance, enthusiasm, false starts, and points of no return. We will seek to analyze what may truly remain and whether the ongoing change in digital assets really has the characteristics to be “permanent.”

Today, many digital services still work like this: to verify something, they ask for everything—full identity documents, personal data, copies that end up stored and circulating, and trust that someone will handle them properly. With the EUDI Wallet and Zero-Knowledge Proofs, a different model becomes possible: proving a requirement without exposing the data that proves it, and using those proofs inside real-world processes. In this demo, we start from a concrete use case: identifying yourself, purchasing a discounted ticket for an event, storing it in your wallet, and presenting it at the entrance. Then we take it a step further: delegating the operation to an agent, but with precise, verifiable, and revocable rules. Not “the agent can do whatever it wants,” but “the agent can only do this specific action, within these limits, using only the necessary proofs.”Digital identity, verifiable credentials, and automation thus become parts of the same continuous flow.

Decentralized technologies are redefining the very concept of community, governance, and social coordination. From DAOs to Network States and Network Societies, a new paradigm is emerging where identity, value, and participation are organized through protocols, tokens, and onchain infrastructures. This panel will explore how tokenization is transforming the economy, governance, and digital ownership, opening up new opportunities for global communities, distributed organizations, and borderless collaboration models. At the same time, the main risks will be addressed: power concentration, speculation, ineffective governance, social fragmentation, and regulatory implications. An open discussion on the future of institutions in the Web3 era: what happens when the protocol becomes a form of collective coordination?
