From human empathy to tech empathy: it has been a short step. New intelligences are all around us, and communication is becoming artificial. In other words, AIs are increasingly becoming true partners in communication and sense-making processes—both at work and in our personal lives. What are the new challenges on the horizon in a context where AI is increasingly becoming our "dialogue buddy"? What mindset must we refine to develop a dynamic of collaborAItion and the co-creation of value? A moment to reflect on how to communicate effectively (and stay human) in an augmented world.

In the near future, organizations will radically alter their structure, with work teams hybridizing human personnel and AI agents. We shall observe how a real-world company is constructing its agentic team, what its "human" labor pyramid will entail, and which modes of interaction will be implemented, as well as how these will impact the company’s physical spaces. Finally, we will examine the potential psychological impact of labor heavily oriented toward interaction with "people-pleaser" AI Chats and autonomous agents of low empathy, sharing the guidelines and critical considerations raised by an AI-native company currently achieving this operational modality.

AI is redefining the way we work: 6 out of 10 individuals already perceive it as a collaborator. Phenomena such as sycophancy, epistemic relativism, and linguistic shifts demonstrate the extent of our exposure to new cognitive fragilities. Drawing upon data collected from 12,000 individuals and a global training program, I propose a framework to develop meta-skills, reflexivity, and critical capacity to maintain clarity and autonomy in the age of AI.

In recruitment, the real challenge is no longer just finding technical expertise, but identifying individuals who can apply it with effectiveness, collaboration, and innovation. Today, soft skills have become the decisive factor for technical profiles. This session analyzes which soft skills are indispensable and how to evaluate them concretely: from the ability to adapt to evolving technologies and priorities without losing productivity, to the emotional intelligence required to collaborate in cross-functional teams and manage feedback or conflict. We will explore how to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders, present solutions persuasively, and leverage critical thinking to tackle challenges creatively. Through practical examples, we will demonstrate the impact of these skills on technical team performance and overall recruiting success.

AI is changing work. Gen Z is changing how we work. Together, they are rewriting the rules. This talk connects technology, people, and purpose to explore how work is being shaped in the age of AI — and why it is becoming more human, not less.

What happens when we use AI to truly train people on real work situations? In this session, we’ll explore how conversational simulators and AI tutors are transforming learning from content to be consumed into experiences to be lived: managers practicing difficult feedback conversations, sales teams handling complex negotiations, and operators navigating critical situations in a safe environment. Through real cases and practical examples, we will examine: how to design learning experiences based on simulation and dialogue; what measurable impact they generate on performance, engagement, and on-the-job transfer; and how AI is radically reshaping the role of training—from content delivery to the design of practice environments. We will also look at what is already working in organizations today, the results being achieved, and what, in the coming months, will change the way learning is designed and experienced.

The adoption of Agentic AI in HR is where HR strategy, work redesign, and systems architecture converge. In this talk, we will show how to build a Human+AI operating model for HR: from redesigning processes and roles between people and agents, to the data and components needed to implement agentic systems, all the way to the conditions required to move from experimentation to solutions that are adopted and create value for both people and the organization.
