Intelligenza Artificiale e Corporate Wellbeing: bilanciare innovazione e protezione dei dati personali
We will explore how AI and Corporate Wellbeing can become strategic tools within companies. The adoption of Artificial Intelligence in the field of corporate welfare indeed opens up new perspectives for personalizing and optimizing the services offered to employees. Advanced algorithms can automate the management of benefits, allowances, and wellbeing programs, ensuring greater efficiency and inclusiveness. However, implementing AI solutions requires a careful balance between technological innovation and the protection of the privacy of workers and users in general, especially in light of the growing regulatory framework regarding personal data protection and the European Regulation on Artificial Intelligence. The challenge lies in combining the benefits of automation with the respect for fundamental rights even within the realm of corporate welfare.
