Is there a "right way" to innovate? Those who want to think about innovative business today, developing systems, platforms and applications, cannot afford not to consider the sustainability of their business and the impact it generates externally. Digitization is the driving force of our tomorrow and, if used responsibly, can become the valuable tool through which to inform, educate and trigger a dialogue.

In this talk we will discuss how the 'AI Transformation' is beginning to radically change all sectors of the market, including that of real estate. Here, thanks to the power of generative algorithms, AI is helping us to identify abandoned homes and create, autonomously, the best layout and renovation plan to maximise the value of a property, from an economic, spatial and local population needs perspective.

There is too little discussion of sustainable marketing... of marketing that is linked to the dissemination of an ESG-conscious culture and education. Of a marketing that supports companies, banks and insurance companies to undertake a sustainable transition and that follows international regulations and frameworks. A marketing that leads to change not only in culture but also in private and professional life as well as in the ecosystem of which we are a part.

The digital carbon footprint represents the amount of greenhouse gas emissions we release into the environment through our digital activities. However, it is possible to calculate, reduce and offset this impact to achieve digital carbon neutrality by going to support certified sustainable projects. We will address a case study with data and numbers to reflect on the main work activities that are sources of emissions, providing real and concrete solutions to reduce them.

Buildings are accountable for 39% of energy related CO2 emissions. Developing green and sustainable buildings and cities is not enough anymore. We need to quickly move to urban ecosystems based on regenerative solutions where human and nature co-evolve. This process has its foundation in the collection and use of data and on accessible digital solutions able to manage complexity at scale. Two examples at different scale will provide meaningful insights on how we to enable regenerative solutions.
