ParkingMyCar Italia was established in 2018 as a platform for booking parking at ports and airports, with national coverage thanks to numerous partnerships with private parking lots, as well as official airport parking lots. In 2021, thanks to the internal development of our ParkingMyCar app, we extended our services to major Italian cities. Our approach to mobility and parking is global, and our goal is to offer a single solution to the user, regardless of his or her destination, so that he or she can monitor, book, pay, and stay through a single channel, ParkingMyCar. Our mission is to replicate the ParkingMyCar ecosystem in every urban context in which we operate, building an integrated and comprehensive system for drivers, citizens and tourists, bringing added value in terms of users and quality of service. By virtue of our global positioning and digital vocation, we represent a modern player capable of enhancing the digitization of the parking process, supporting managers and channeling users to the facilities we collaborate with, offering integration and connection between cities, ports and airports. ParkingMyCar is in effect a modern scale-up that identifies critical issues in the mobility world and studies digital and sustainable solutions to positively impact the community. We analyze, develop, test, launch new services, open new markets and try to scale up as fast as possible. That's what we've done for ports and airports, that's what we're doing for city parking reservations and digital payment on blue lines, that's what we're doing to provide management technology tools to facilitate the management of the parking process, that's what we're doing for the RV segment and to work on the concept of shared parking and to integrate parking and electric charging. These activities will be launched as early as 2023, while an internationalization strategy has already been planned in Spain and Germany, where from 2024 we will offer our services starting with the booking of long-stay parking
