Design systems enable the creation of a set of reusable rules, guidelines and components that enable teams to work more efficiently and collaboratively, creating a consistent visual language throughout the organization. Creating a system involves meeting the needs and expectations of the people who work in it and the very products the system generates.  A design system then becomes a scalable and efficient, people-centered system.

What impacts can a designer's work generate? One of the main activities is to change users' established patterns with simpler, more intuitable ones. People desire change but are frightened by it, so a compromise must always be defined that facilitates them without upsetting the current pattern. In this talk we want to explore the topics of conceptual model and design pattern, their impacts on UX, and how they are difficult to replace.

Online advertising costs are rising: for our customers +16% of costs year on year. With the same budget invested, each site gets fewer results. How to get out of it? The only thing you can do is focus on the user experience you offer on your site. But do you know what is happening on your site today? Why does such a small percentage convert (buy, sign up)? What doesn't convince them? I'll tell you how - any website and brand - can continuously improve its results online

We will look together at how to approach the organisation of content, articles, products, analysing content types and using practices such as collaborative card sorting to provide users with better findability and increase results. We will discuss this with examples and case studies in order to provide practices and tools that can be used right from the start.

We will start with two concrete questions: 1) How to validate the idea, pricing, and process of a service? 2) What is the most effective way to deliver and promote the service? There is a method that goes beyond interfaces and the products we already know: it is based on understanding user needs, co-design, iteration, and value creation. We will demonstrate that a people-centered development approach leads to the creation of desirable, profitable, and sustainable services throughout their lifecycle.
