JavaScript is too often referred to as a single-threaded language, which is often not clear how much it's now a thing of the past! For too long, the language (and environments) has had many features that allow for multi-threaded work, finally lightening (and not a little) the much overworked main thread. From Workers to Atomics, from some small tricks to SharedArrayBuffers, we will dive into a journey that takes JavaScript to a new level, so we can say at the next opportunity: "You're wrong, JavaScript is not a single-threaded language!" Unfortunately, many crimes still prevail in our web applications, and not having a real bat belt, we can use the wonderful, multiple, and often too little-known Developer Tools! Let's analyze them, get to know them better, hook them onto our belt, and start fighting the bad guys lurking in our code... but remember, don't compare yourself to Batman!

The old concept of "web pages" has disappeared to make way for real applications on the browser, which are often divided into components. Let's see, therefore, how to make the most of our components using the atomic methodology to boost our components, exploit reuse, and provide graphic coherence thanks to the creation of our design system through Storybook.

Typescript or not Typescript? More than ten years have passed since its birth, and many of us still struggle to understand and love it. Well, it's time to understand more and stop bypassing it with a simple any. Types, functions, literals, unions, intersections and so on: together, we will see all the notions that will lead you to start loving and using it to the fullest to ensure a more typologically secure future and perhaps not be hated by your future self.

In today's highly interconnected world, ensuring the reliability of software services is critical for organizations to maintain customer satisfaction, avoid costly downtime, and stay competitive. Service reliability is the ability of a service to consistently perform its intended function under normal and abnormal conditions. This presentation will cover the key principles and best practices for achieving service reliability in modern software architectures. We will discuss the importance of fault tolerance, scalability, monitoring, and automation in ensuring service reliability, and how to implement these practices in your organization. We will also explore common challenges that organizations face when it comes to service reliability, such as managing dependencies, detecting and responding to incidents, and balancing the need for innovation with the need for stability. We will provide strategies for addressing these challenges and ensuring that service reliability is a core focus for your organization. Attendees will leave with a clear understanding of the importance of service reliability, best practices for achieving it, and actionable steps for implementing these practices in their own organizations.
