Elena Pinetti is an astroparticle physicist at the Center for Computational Astrophysics (Flatiron Institute/Simons Foundation). She has pioneered novel observational strategies to search for dark matter using a multi-messenger approach, leveraging data from previously underexplored environments such as cosmic voids and intercluster filaments. She has received several major international awards, including the 2026 Primakoff Award of the American Physical Society and the TechnoVisionaries Award of Women&Tech.
