Professore ordinario di Sociologia dei processi culturali e comunicativi presso le Università di Bielefeld (Germania) e Bologna, ha condotto studi nell'ambito della teoria dei sistemi sociali focalizzandosi sulle questioni della memoria culturale, sullo statuto di finzione della realtà contemporanea e sulla questione degli algoritmi predittivi. È autrice di numerosi contributi scientifici pubblicati in Italia e all'estero, e del libro "Comunicazione artificiale" (Egea - Bocconi University Press).
Full professor of Sociology of Cultural and Communicative Processes at the Universities of Bielefeld (Germany) and Bologna, she has conducted studies in the field of social systems theory focusing on issues of cultural memory, the status of fiction in contemporary reality and the question of predictive algorithms. She is the author of numerous scientific contributions published in Italy and abroad, and of the book "Comunicazione artificiale" (Egea - Bocconi University Press).
