I am a serial entrepreneur with two exits, working at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and innovation.
My career has been driven by a strong conviction: digital innovation and new models of care will fundamentally reshape healthcare, shifting the system from treating disease to enabling continuous care, and making high-quality healthcare more accessible, sustainable, and human.
I founded multiple companies in the health and technology space between 1996 and 2006, culminating in an exit to Publicis Groupe in 2007. I then spent nearly a decade within Publicis Health, ultimately serving as Global President of Razorfish Healthware, where I led a team of 300+ people across 10 countries supporting leading life sciences and healthcare organizations.
From 2015 to 2023, I served as CEO of Healthware Group, helping life sciences companies, healthcare stakeholders, and startups navigate digital transformation and health innovation. Healthware Group was acquired by EVERSANA, where I now serve as President, Health Innovation, focused on advancing global innovation across the healthcare ecosystem.
I am also CEO of Future Health, where we are building an AI ecosystem designed to make the highest standards of care broadly accessible while accelerating the transition toward prevention, continuous care, and people-centered health systems.
Alongside my entrepreneurial work, I am the author of three books, including The Future of Health (Wiley), and Founder and Chairman of Frontiers Health, one of the leading global conferences on digital health innovation.
When I’m not in New York, London, or Milan, you will most likely find me in Salerno on the Amalfi Coast of Italy.
