Twenty years of One Piece taught me the point isn’t the treasure, it’s being willing to leave port. I was the only Italian working on agriculture with university startups at COP28, and I kept showing up at COP29 and COP30. From Taranto, where I built a TEDx, to the Maremma, where I live and work.
Evidence first, operators first. If a technology can’t survive contact with a real farm, it’s not innovation. It’s a pitch deck.
