She participated in preparations for Euro 2012 while working at the Gdańsk City Hall, where she also coordinated several projects financed from EU funds. A long-time controller of the Regional Chamber of Audit in Lublin, auditing local government units in the field of financial management and public procurement.

From April 2021, president of the Lublin Science and Technology Park. LPNT implements projects that stimulate entrepreneurship among school youth, support innovative startups, but also activate people who are unemployed.
However, there is something that distinguishes the Lublin region, and above all, the Lublin Science and Technology Park. We can definitely say that innovation and entrepreneurship is driven by women in our company.
Statistics say that women are much less likely to start startups, only 15% of technology companies have at least one female founder. The Lublin Science and Technology Park is an example that this industry is also changing dynamically and women are catching up, in our last startup project implemented in the park, as many as 24% of startups were founded with a woman as president.
When it comes to running a business, women's businesses constitute only 37% of all companies. However, in LPNT, out of 200 companies established with the help of the park, as many as 109 were founded by women.
These statistics are certainly helped by the fact that 80% of the LPNT staff are women.
