Dal 2023 Ivano Fossati è Head of Cloud ERP per Italia con il compito di supportare i clienti nel passaggio al cloud grazie a RISE with SAP e GROW with SAP. Fossati vanta 25 anni di esperienza in ambito IT, marketing e vendite all'interno di importanti società. Entrato in SAP nel 2013 con l'acquisizione di Hybris, nel 2015 ha assunto la guida di SAP CX Sales COE in EMEA South. Nel 2018 è stato nominato COO per l'area CX in EMEA South e nel 2020 è diventato Head of SAP CX per Italia e Grecia.

Ivano Fossati is Head of Cloud ERP for Italy since 2023 with the task of supporting customers in the transition to the cloud thanks to RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP. Fossati has 25 years of experience in IT, marketing and sales within major companies. Having joined SAP in 2013 with the acquisition of Hybris, in 2015 he took over the leadership of SAP CX Sales COE in EMEA South. In 2018 he was appointed COO for the CX area in EMEA South and in 2020 he became Head of SAP CX for Italy and Greece.
