Cornel Amariei

Cornel is a renowed Romanian inventor, speaker and entreprenur known for founding .lumen - the startup which builds Glasses which empower the Blind to live a better life. Cornel was born in a family where he is the only person without disabilities. After a career as Head of Innovation in one of the largest automotive componies, he founded .lumen to create technologies helping people. For his work, he became the first Romanian inducted into Forbes 30U30 Europe, the Global Business Hall of Fame and JCI's Ten Outstanding Young Persons of the World. Awards previously won by personalities such as Elvis Presley, Levi Strauss, and John F. Kennedy.
