Noa Segre is the Head of Value Creation in Zest. Noa has over 20 years’ experience, starting from the technology unit of the Israeli Army to startups and over 15 years in one of Israel’s leading Venture Capital funds as well as a Senior Strategist and Envisioner. As an Italo – Israeli, Noa brings a global view on trends and technologies and a proven competence in eco-system building, strategic planning, Investor relations, VC, innovation, and growth. Noa is a public speaker and an advocate for technology for social change and diversity for excellence.
Alumni of the Council for US- Italy Relations Young leaders program, a member of the Shusterman Foundation ROI community, mentor at various startup initiatives, selected by the US State Department to represent Israel at the 2017 Global Entrepreneurship Summit in India as well as working on other projects with UNDP and other international groups. Noa has been living and working in Milan, Italy since 2018. Currently an Executive MBA candidate at Hult International Business School.
