Weza has long been a passionate youth advocate, leveraging his International Law studies from the University of St. Gallen (HSG), where he also founded the Africa Associaation, establishing a Think Thank around education and entrepreneurship within the Swiss-African ecosystem of universities. His role as a Sustainability Consultant at Ernst & Young (EY) complements his entrepreneurial venture: creating a Swiss goldsmith business with a core emphasis on sustainable practices and blockchain innovation. Duirng a TEDx talk he shared insights form his personal entrepreneurial journey on how blockchain technology can enable justice within the jewelry industry. Notably, he was appointed as the Youth Ambassador for Climate Change and is an active member of the World Economic Forum Global Shapers Community - leading with the purpose generation in mind. On a personal note, Weza is of Angolan and Italian decent, was raised in Switzerland and is always seen dancing since sixteen years, being a Salsa/Bachata dance teacher.
