Torinese di nascita, romana di adozione mi occupo di Innovazione e Trasformazione Digitale ed il mio percorso professionale può esserre definito “unconventional”. Credo fermamente che il miglioramento continuo e l’aggiornamento siano la chiave per il successo. Questo mi ha portato aconseguire negli ultimi anni un master in digital marketing presso la Luiss Business Schools e ad approfondire le tematiche della parità di genere conseguendo la certificazione con Bureau Veritas sul Sistema di gestione della parità di genere ai sensi della PDR 125.2022. Alla formazione continua e multidisciplinare ho acquisito competenze trasversali lavorrando per PMI, brand del lusso come Bulgari, l’Istituto Europeo di Design (IED), ecc. Mi sono messa alla prova anche nel mondo delle startup, offrendo supporto ai neo imprenditori come Mentor. Ad oggi mi occupo di affiancare manager ed imprenditori mettendo a disposizione le mie competenze e le mie esperienze acquisitesul campo affinchè possano nella loro organizzazione affrontare con positività e motivazione il cambiamento portato dalla Digital & Business Model Transformation. All’interno di questo percorso è nata anche la mia collaborazione con CNA Impresa donna, di cui sono presidente dal 2021, Il programma radiofonico dedicato alle donne su RID 96.8 “Creazione di Impresa”, il Blog www.luciadegrimani.com riservato ai temi legati all’empoerment femminile, il digitale, l’innovazione. Sono Co-founder di AI4STYLE una startup innovativa, AI based, per il settore del fashion retail.
Born in Turin, Rome by adoption, I deal with Innovation and Digital Transformation and my career path can be defined as 'unconventional'. I firmly believe that continuous improvement and updating are the key to success. This led me to obtain a master's degree in digital marketing at the Luiss Business Schools in recent years and to delve into gender equality issues by obtaining certification with Bureau Veritas on the Gender Equality Management System pursuant to PDR 125.2022. In addition to continuous and multidisciplinary training, I have acquired transversal skills working forPMI, luxury brands such as Bulgari, the European Institute of Design (IED), etc. I have also tried my hand in the start-up world, offering support to new entrepreneurs as a Mentor. To date, I work alongside managers and entrepreneurs by providing my skills and experience gained in the field so that they can face the change brought about by the Digital & Business Model Transformation in their organisation with positivity and motivation. Within this path was also born my collaboration with CNA Impresa donna, of which I have been President since 2021, the radio programme dedicated to women on RID 96.8 "Creazione di Impresa", the Blog www.luciadegrimani.com dedicated to issues related to women's empowerment, digital, innovation. I am co-founder of AI4STYLE an innovative, AI-based startup for the fashion retail sector.
