Artificial intelligence is redefining the future of work and society, but it risks amplifying existing inequalities if it is not developed in an equitable way. This keynote will explore how AI can be both a threat and an extraordinary lever for women’s empowerment. We will talk about the gender data gap in AI, biases, the underrepresentation of women in technology development, and the economic and social implications for women’s work. Miami as a new hub for innovation and growth of Italian startups
In a context where the Italian VC market is stagnating or growing slowly, for Italian startups, internationalization is no longer an option but a necessity. However, the leap abroad is often met with fear or tackled without a solid strategy. The United States — and specifically Miami — now represent a privileged gateway to dynamic capital and new industrial and commercial opportunities, both in the North American market and in Latin America. This speech presents the Move2USA program, launched by FoolFarm in 2024 as a quarterly model of simple, concrete, and scalable internationalization, designed to guide Italian startups through a structured path that combines fundraising, networking, PoC, and go-to-market. During the presentation, the concrete results of the missions carried out between 2024 and 2025 will also be shared, which have already allowed several Italian startups to cross national borders and begin operations in the U.S. market. A real opportunity to scale in the world's most liquid and competitive markets, with method, speed, and vision, avoiding the typical mistakes of hasty expansion.

Confidential Computing: the need to secure cloud services in the AI era
The cloud is evolving towards hybrid and multi-vendor models. The advent of AI, and more recently, of affordable models, is facilitating adoption by SMEs and startups as well. On the other hand, the use of vast amounts of data and growing concerns about cybersecurity (also driven by EU regulations) require a strategic approach to security and privacy. Confidential computing is an emerging trend where data is encrypted not only in transit or at rest, but also while in use. Accelerated time-to-value in business transformation - powered by genAI
In the era of AI, the key to success is time-to-value: how can businesses quickly transform their ideas and needs into actionable solutions? Crucial to this process is business management driving development, rather than delegating it to the IT department or external consultants. In this speech, Juho Nevalainen will share key insights from their experience in leading major business technology transformations using generative AI. Juho will outline methodologies and best practices for collaborating with both business management and IT to identify critical business capabilities and select the right technologies to meet those needs. Additionally, Juho will demonstrate how business managers can directly leverage generative AI—defining future capabilities, sketching to-be processes, and evaluating technologies to support them. The journey begins with business strategy and culminates in concrete user journeys, workflows, and AI use cases. This session will also reveal how business management can take full ownership of their transformation, ensuring value realization instead of simply observing from a distance.

AI: a new tool for contract drafting and analysis
Artificial intelligence is revolutionizing the field of contract law by offering advanced tools for drafting, analyzing, and managing contracts. Thanks to machine learning models and Natural Language Processing (NLP), AI can automate the creation of contractual documents, reduce the risk of errors, and improve regulatory compliance. However, the adoption of AI in the contractual domain poses significant challenges. The accuracy of algorithms is not always perfect, and AI can produce imprecise outcomes or ones that are not compliant with the legal context. The key to the future will lie in finding the right balance between automation and human oversight, ensuring transparency, reliability, and legal compliance.
