Since its first edition, the WMF has promoted and enhanced culture in all its forms through numerous events and initiatives.
Among these is the Book Fair, a fair aimed at the publishing world with a dedicated exhibition area - the Book District which over the years has hosted entities such as Hoepli and Egea - and numerous events aimed at participants, authors and bookshops. The Book Stage will also be active, a stage dedicated to authors who will be able to present their book to the public present at BolognaFiere, analyzing themes relating to the world of Innovation and Web Marketing such as Food, Tourism, Influencer Marketing and Neuromarketing.
Among the many guests of the past years are also the sociolinguist Vera Gheno and the actor Totò Cascio together with Roberto Saviano, the paralympic athlete Roberto Zanda, the journalist Francesco Giorgino, the director of the Institute for Gender and the Economy of the University of Toronto Sarah Kaplan and Andrew McAfee, researcher at MIT.
Also at the WMF 2025, scheduled at BolognaFiere from 4 to 6 June, we return to give space to books, to the world of publishing and to the many authors who every year feed the culture of the country.
