Human + Agentic AI Operating Model: the new playing field for HR

The adoption of Agentic AI in HR is where HR strategy, work redesign, and systems architecture converge. In this talk, we will show how to build a Human+AI operating model for HR: from redesigning processes and roles between people and agents, to the data and components needed to implement agentic systems, all the way to the conditions required to move from experimentation to solutions that are adopted and create value for both people and the organization.
