Out of Frame: how hybrid work excludes people — and what we can do about It

Work has changed forever, but hybrid meetings still don't work. It’s not just a technological issue—it’s an equity issue. Those working remotely are often invisible: they aren’t heard, they aren’t seen, and they don’t carry the same weight as those in the room. It’s called proximity bias, and it’s the true enemy of distributed teams.
