Artificial Intelligence and law between technological humanism and digital sovereignty

The speech aims to analyze the relationship between law and artificial intelligence, examining the models of technological humanism and digital sovereignty in light of European regulation (EU Regulation 2024/1689) and national legislation (Law 132/2025). The governance of artificial intelligence—based on risk, transparency, and human oversight—drives an evolution in legal principles and instruments, while at the same time revealing unprecedented challenges that must be addressed.
