Regional DEA evolution and digitization projects
The development of a Regional Information System for Prevention and Safety in the Workplace (SILAV) as the first key piece of the Regional Prevention Information System (SIrP) being planned and with which SILAV is to share essential design, architectural, infrastructural and cooperation elements. SILAV and SIRP fit into a context of profound digital transformation. In particular, the project must ensure the monitoring, effectiveness and governance of prevention initiatives conducted at the corporate and regional levels. For the achievement of all these objectives, in fact, the SIrP must also possess suitable functionalities and characteristics to achieve the integration of prevention with other dimensions of regional health and ensure the interaction and information exchange both between the Prevention Information System and, in perspective, with other information systems, health and non-health (i.e. territorial, environmental, urban, labor, ...), so that, through the generation, analysis and synthesis of adequate information flows, it will foster - the knowledge and control of phenomena that affect health and safety; - the development and pursuit of targeted prevention strategies; - the planning and coordination of evidence-based initiatives and interventions; - the continuous monitoring of the Essential Levels of Care The objective of creating a regional information system for prevention must make it possible to offer all the actors involved a series of specific functionalities designed to improve the level of service of services, the efficiency and effectiveness of prevention activities and the satisfaction of people as well as public health monitoring and interoperability with external systems.
