The (near) future of healthcare

I am thinking of the health care of the future that is truly people-centered, that is, that allows people to be cared for wherever they are, at home, on the street, in a hotel. The emergency room and hospital must be reserved for problems that cannot be solved otherwise. It can begin by creating a platform and an App, integrated with medical wereables in which data and clinical documentation shared between patient and caregiver are stored.
