Digital health care: past, present and future. The stages of a "patient-centric" evolution

Digital Health is moving at an impressive speed, the events of the last few years have inevitably accelerated the process, and the trend does not seem to be stopping. New scenarios are opening up that lead in the direction of a data - driven model of health care in which technologies and big data enhance (but do not replace) physician decision making toward a "patient centric" evolution.
