We will start with two concrete questions: 1) How to validate the idea, pricing, and process of a service? 2) What is the most effective way to deliver and promote the service? There is a method that goes beyond interfaces and the products we already know: it is based on understanding user needs, co-design, iteration, and value creation. We will demonstrate that a people-centered development approach leads to the creation of desirable, profitable, and sustainable services throughout their lifecycle.
