Transformative Experiences and Positive Emotions to Define the Future of Work

We will explore how transformative experiences and positive emotions can be used to define a more human-centered future of work. Drawing on research and case studies and trying to address the challenges of today's workforce, we will see how an approach focused on worker well-being can improve productivity and job satisfaction by redefining the contours of the ways in which we communicate, collaborate and do participatory innovation. Through the use of transformative experience design, we will explore how we can create a work environment that fosters positive emotions and a culture of collaboration and success.
