Mindset and conceptual models: the UX to support change

What impacts can a designer's work generate? One of the main activities is to change users' established patterns with simpler, more intuitable ones. People desire change but are frightened by it, so a compromise must always be defined that facilitates them without upsetting the current pattern. In this talk we want to explore the topics of conceptual model and design pattern, their impacts on UX, and how they are difficult to replace.
