Hallucinations and fact checking in language models

In language models such as ChatGPT and GPT-4 a very interesting phenomenon occurs: hallucination, i.e. the tendency to generate incorrect statements. In this talk we will explore this fascinating topic and find out how to mitigate hallucinations using effective 'fact-checking' mechanisms and increase the reliability of AI.
