Ever since Apple introduced the iPhone, the technology industry has been chasing the next 'iPhone moment,' which Mark Zuckerberg identified in the construction of the metaverse, a concept to which he dedicated his group's rebranding. However, things didn't go as Zuck hoped, despite the Web3 fever that was blowing winds - and billions - in favor of the metaverse. It was ChatGPT, at the end of 2022, who reminded us how those moments of sudden change occur. But how similar are these two cycles?
