A new horizon

How do you go from a constituent to an institutional perspective? What responsibilities do we have as citizens in terms of creating new institutional forms that see us no longer consumers of rights and services but creators of resilience, strength and structure in our communities? In this session we will ask ourselves about new and old experiences, and how difficult - but not impossible - it is to imagine ourselves creating the institutions of the 21st century.
