Are the tickets nominative?

Yes, each ticket is nominative and cannot be used by a person other than the one it was assigned to.

Each ticket must be associated with a user correctly registered in the Reserved Area.

However, it is possible to change the ticket assignment up to the start date of WMF. This means that if before the event you find out that you can no longer attend, you can assign your ticket to a friend or colleague.

How will I receive my ticket after purchase?

The purchased ticket is exclusively in virtual form. There will be no paper ticket.

Close to the event, the QR Code of your ticket will be generated, which will be visible on the official WMF Web App, accessible with your registration credentials. You will receive a dedicated communication when your QR Code is unlocked.

To access the event location, all you need to do is have your QR code on your smartphone!

You can always check your purchase in your Reserved Area, under "Orders and Invoices".

How can I access the WebApp to view my Ticket?

You can access the Web App using the same credentials you chose during registration on our website. It's important to note that each participant will need to personally access the Web App using their own credentials.

You can always reach the event's Web App, wmf.ibrida.io, from the direct link found in your "Reserved Area".

Will I receive a certificate of attendance?

Yes, a certificate of attendance will be issued after the event. Your certificate will be available for download inside the hybrid web app (wmf.ibrida.io) approximately within 7 working days from the end of the event.

Will video recordings and slides be available?

Access to video recordings and slides from the premium stages is an exclusive benefit of the Full Ticket 3 Days. Both will be uploaded and available for viewing on the Web App approximately 20 working days after the conclusion of WMF. Simply log in to the web app (wmf.ibrida.io) with your credentials to access the educational materials.

Who can access the event for free?

FREE ACCESS:

  • People with disabilities: Free access is granted to people with disabilities and one of their family members or another caregiver who demonstrates their affiliation with social and health assistance services. The person who wishes to attend the event must send an email to info@wemakefuture.it, providing proof of disability and the name, surname, and a valid email address for each participant.

  • Children under 14 years old: A valid identity document proving age will be required at the entrance of the Fair.

Are there discounted rates for minors?

For children under 14 years old, access to the event is free, and they do not require a ticket. They must be accompanied by an adult holding a ticket.

Are there discounts for people with disabilities?

Access to the fair is free for people with disabilities.
To request a ticket, it is necessary to send the name, surname, and email address of the person who wishes to attend to info@wemakefuture.it. Our team will directly associate the ticket with your account.

Ticket Association

How can I associate the ticket I purchased with the attendee who will participate in WMF?

You can easily assign the purchased tickets to the attendees yourself, directly from your User Area.

We kindly ask you to do this by June 23rd, before the event starts, to avoid any last-minute issues.

To assign the purchased tickets to other attendees, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your User Area on the website www.wemakefuture.it using the same credentials used to make the purchase.

  2. In the dashboard, look for the "Ticket e Pases" option and click on it.

  3. Select the "Purchased Tickets" box if you bought a ticket, or "Gifts and service cards" if you have free passes to distribute.

  4. Enter the email address of each attendee, one for each available slot. Please note: the system will automatically assign one of the tickets to the buyer, but this assignment can also be modified.

  5. If the people you want to assign the tickets to are not yet registered in the website's user area, they will receive an email with the subject line "Please register in the User Area to complete your registration". We recommend checking the "Spam" and "Promotions" folders just in case.

It is important that everyone registers using the same email address provided by the buyer for the assignment process to be successful.

Can I modify the ticket assignment after they have already been associated?

Yes, it is possible to modify the ticket assignment until the day before the start of WMF

It will not be possible to change the ticket association once the event has started or post-event.

In any case, the new participant must access the official event Web App with their registration credentials and NOT those of the previous ticket holder.

Please note that the change can only be made through the account used to purchase the ticket(s)

Is there a fee for changing the name on the ticket?

No, changing the name associated with a ticket is completely free of charge.

However, please note that the change must be made before the start of the event. This modification can only be made through the account used to purchase the ticket(s).

Changing the ticket association once the event has started or post-event will not be possible.

What is the deadline for changing the name associated with a ticket?

You can change the name associated with a ticket until the day before the start of WMF, which is June 23, 2026.

Changing the name once the event has started or after the event will not be possible.

Can I change the name on a ticket on behalf of someone else?

No, it is only possible to change the name associated with a ticket from the purchaser's account.
The change must be made by the day before the start of the WMF. Please ensure that all necessary changes are made by the indicated deadline.

I have a 3-Day Ticket. Can I transfer it to someone else by changing the name during the event?

No, it is not possible to change the association of a ticket once the event has started, nor is it possible to "share" your admission ticket.

Where does the WMF take place?

This year, the WMF will occur in Bologna, Italy at BolognaFiere from June 24th to June 26th, 2026.

Which entrances can I use to access the Fair?

You can access BolognaFiere by choosing one of the two active entrances:

Who is the WMF intended for?

The WMF is a unique format that brings together various experiences in a single event. It hosts more than 100 events including training sessions, business and networking opportunities, as well as shows and entertainment, attracting participants and stakeholders from around the world.

The event offers:

  • An Exhibition Area, showcasing the latest innovations and trends in AI, Tech, and Digital with over 600 exhibitors from around the world.

  • Training Opportunities with over 90 training stages covering all major topics of digital and technological innovation.

  • Business and Networking Opportunities through B2B Meetings that allow participants to establish business connections and collaborations.

  • Concerts, live performances, buskers, and digital art by numerous artists present at the event.

A wide range of professionals participate in the event, including AI & Digital-Tech professionals, AD professionals, investors and investment funds, companies, NGOs, international, national, regional, and local institutions, startups, creators, and students.

How do I access the Location? Is it necessary to print the QR Code?

You can access by scanning the QR Code from your WebApp profile at the entrances located in Piazza Costituzione (West Entrance of BolognaFiere) and Via Ondina Valla (North Entrance of BolognaFiere).

It will not be necessary to print or download your QR Code to access; simply have the code scanned directly from your phone via our WebApp, which we recommend you download.

Once you scan the QR Code from the WebApp at the entrance, you will receive a colored bracelet corresponding to the purchased ticket.
For those attending all 3 days of the event, it will be necessary to scan the QR Code at each entrance to receive a different bracelet each day.

What other services does the Web App provide?

By accessing the platform wmf.ibrida.io, you will have access to various features, including:

  • The ability to access your QR CODE, which you can scan to access the Fair;

  • The option to download your WMF participation certificate;

  • Access to all video recordings and training materials from the Stages without time limits (if included in your ticket);

  • Engaging with other participants in the WMF Community section;

  • Downloading the Bologna Congress Card to access discounts in the city and explore Bologna;

  • Taking advantage of the benefits offered by our Sponsors and Partners, which you can find on the Benefit Page in the Ibrida menu.

Where can I find information about exhibiting? I want to participate in the event

When will the results of the applications be available?

Depending on the call you applied to, you will receive feedback according to the timeline of that specific call.

Please note that the timing for evaluating applications may vary depending on the number of received applications. However, we will send an email to all applicants as soon as the review and evaluation process is completed. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

How can I reach the location of the WMF?

The WMF takes place in Bologna at BolognaFiere from June 24th to June 26th, 2026.

Where do I access the Event?

The WMF will take place on June 24th, 25th, and 26th, 2026 at Bologna Fiere. You can access the event through two entrances:

  1. Entrance at Piazza della Costituzione 4b, which we recommend if you are arriving at the Fair by public transportation.

  2. North entrance of the Fair in Via Ondina Valla.

Where can I park my car?

BolognaFiere provides the Michelino Parking for all participants: a multi-storey car park that can accommodate up to 5,500 cars and can be easily reached by exiting the A14 Bologna-Taranto motorway at the 'Bologna Fiera' exit.

From the parking lot, you can then reach the North Public Entrance - just a 5-minute walk away - from where you can access the event.

Since the parking is a service managed and regulated by BolognaFiere and not by the WMF organization, we suggest contacting them directly for additional information: BolognaFiere Contact.

I will arrive at the fair with a suitcase, is there a cloakroom service?

If you arrive at the event and have personal items such as a suitcase or jacket, you can use the supervised cloakroom located in the fairground near the entrance at Piazza della Costituzione.
The cloakroom is a paid service managed and regulated by the Fair, not by the WMF organization.

Are pets allowed?

Dogs are allowed entry only if they are on a leash and equipped with a muzzle or in an appropriate carrier, except for service dogs assisting disabled individuals, who can access without restrictions.

Reserved Area

Is it necessary to create an account to purchase the Ticket?

Yes, to proceed with the purchase of the Ticket, it is necessary to create an account on our website.

Our tickets are exclusively electronic and must be associated with an account in order to be purchased.
However, if for any reason you are unable or do not wish to attend the event, you have the option to transfer the ticket to another account.

How do I register on the website?

To register and create an account, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the avatar icon located in the top right corner of the page.

  2. Select "Register" from the dropdown menu.

  3. You will be directed to the registration page where you can enter your personal information.

  4. Once you have entered the required information, you can complete the registration process and create your account.

I don't remember the password to access my account.

If you don't remember the password you used when creating your account, don't worry.
You can click on "Recover password", and we'll send you an email through which you can reset your password. Follow the instructions in the email to change your account password.

If you don't find the email in the main folder of your mailbox, we recommend checking your "Spam" or "Promotions" folder as well.

I made a purchase, but I can't find the summary of my purchases.

You can find information about your purchases in the "Orders and Invoices" section, accessible directly from your account dashboard. Once logged into your Reserved Area, look for and click on the "Orders and Invoices" section to view all the details related to your purchases.

Can I change the email address associated with my account?

If you wish to change the email address associated with your account, please send us an email to info@wemakefuture.it using the email address currently associated with your account. In the email, indicate the new email address you would like to associate with your account.
It's important to note that we can only update the email address if the new email hasn't already been used to create another account.

My Orders

I can no longer attend, can I get a refund?

Refunds for purchased tickets are not available. However, depending on your ticket type and associated services, you can still enjoy numerous benefits by participating in WMF online through our WebApp.

Depending on the ticket purchased, you have the opportunity to follow the events and training stages reserved for live streaming, access video recordings, and post-event slides. You can also take advantage of the Job Placement service within the platform even after WMF and connect with other participants and companies present.

Additionally, remember that you always have the option to transfer your pass to another participant by associating it with their name.

I made a purchase but I haven't received my Ticket via email.

The purchased ticket is exclusively in virtual form, so there won't be a paper ticket.

Close to the event, the QR Code of your ticket will be generated and visible on the official WMF WebApp, which you can access using your registration credentials.

To access the event location, all you need to do is have your QR code available on your smartphone!

You can always verify your purchase in your reserved area under "Download Invoices"

I purchased multiple Tickets, how do I associate them with the other participants?

You can easily assign the purchased tickets to the attendees yourself, directly from your User Area.

Is it possible to upgrade the Ticket I purchased?

At the moment, it's not possible to upgrade the purchased ticket. However, participants have the option to purchase an additional ticket that allows access to events not accessible through the already purchased ticket.

Payments and Invoices

What are the possible payment methods?

We accept payments via PayPal, Credit Card, and Bank Transfer.

I'm having trouble saving billing information. What could be the problem?

If you're unable to save the billing information, the problem might be with the address. If the system didn't provide feedback with a pre-entered address to select when you entered the address, it's possible it wasn't recognized as valid.

Simply click on "Can't find your address? Add it manually" to enter the address details. This way, you should be able to save the billing information easily.

Where can I download the invoice for my purchase?

You can download the invoices for your purchases at any time from your Reserved Area.
You can quickly access this section by clicking on "Orders and Invoices" from the dropdown menu that appears when clicking on the profile icon, always visible in the top right corner.
