From Billable Hours to Outcomes: Building Agent Practices That Actually Make Money
The enterprise applications services industry is facing its most significant business model disruption in decades. McKinsey now earns 20–25% of global fees from outcome-based pricing. They’ve deployed approximately 12,000 AI agents internally and shrunk typical project teams from 14+ consultants to 2–3 consultants plus AI agents. Meanwhile, 42% of companies abandoned most AI initiatives in 2025, and the average enterprise scrapped 46% of AI pilots before production. This speech delivers a practitioner’s playbook for system integrators building AI agent practices that actually make money. Drawing from a decade of enterprise software experience across multiple continents and ecosystems, the speaker introduces the Culture–Context–Code framework and a realistic 90-day sprint to first agent in production, followed by a 9-month transformation roadmap. Attendees will leave with a concrete operating model, specific pricing structures with real numbers, a step-by-step execution timeline, and a clear understanding of how to navigate the EU AI Act, DORA, and NIS2 regulatory landscape while building AI agent practices.

Social Media Strategies
Where is social media attention in the era of the infinite feed?
In 2026, the winner is not the one who publishes the most, but the one who understands how attention works. With a feed scrolling faster than ever—more creators, more formats, more stimuli, more noise—the real problem is no longer publishing more, but understanding where attention actually lies and how to capture it without burning out your brand in the process. In this talk, we will analyze how user behavior has changed on current social media, which formats are truly retaining attention, which dynamics are dying even if they still seem "trending," and why chasing the algorithm is no longer a sustainable strategy.

Cognitive Mentoring as EdTech: Human Agency, AI, and Lifelong Learning
As artificial intelligence increasingly reshapes the workplace, the most urgent challenge is no longer technical adoption but human adaptation. This talk presents a case study in EdTech and higher education that examines how AI can support (definitely not replace) human learning across the lifespan. Drawing from my work as a Full Professor and Academic Program Director for the Master's in Strategic Communications at National University (USA), as well as from multiple international podcast conversations on AI, media literacy, and ethics, this speech explores how AI is already transforming professional education, assessment, and skill development. Rather than focusing on automation or efficiency alone, the case study centers on lifelong learning, critical thinking, and human agency in AI-augmented environments. The talk addresses three core questions: How is AI redefining what it means to “learn for work” over a lifetime? As careers become less linear and skills rapidly expire, education must shift from content delivery to adaptability, reflection, and metacognition. What risks emerge when AI prioritizes engagement, speed, or optimization over understanding? Using examples from EdTech platforms and higher education assessment, the speech highlights ethical tensions around datafication, surveillance, and the commodification of learning. How can educators design AI-supported learning experiences that remain human-centered? The case study presents concrete pedagogical strategies that position AI as a cognitive partner—supporting feedback, reflection, and experimentation—while preserving student agency and responsibility. The speech situates AI within broader debates about the future of work, arguing that the most valuable skills in an AI-driven economy are relational, interpretive, and ethical. By reframing AI as an educational infrastructure rather than a shortcut, this speech invites policymakers, educators, and technologists to reconsider how we prepare learners not just for their next job, but for continuous reinvention across their lives.

Continuous Discovery for the Digital Age: From Guesswork to Simulation
Marketing teams still make many decisions based on gut feeling or late post-campaign data. This session shows how AI-driven customer simulation enables continuous discovery, giving marketers always-on insight to test concepts, messaging, and journeys daily rather than quarterly. Drawing on enterprise examples from automotive, banking, telco, and energy (where AI panels delivered over 1 billion simulated responses in 2025), the talk focuses on when AI supports human insight, why different questions need different AI approaches, and how to embed continuous insight into modern marketing workflows.

Organization is social complexity. For a complex synthesis between intelligences, both natural and artificial, and ecosystems.
The talk explores complexity as a constitutive dimension of the social and the living, transcending the myths of total control and rationality. In the age of AI, it is necessary to rethink systems of thought and epistemologies, healing the rift between the human and the technological. The future belongs to "hybrid figures" and managers of complexity: professionals capable of inhabiting boundaries and integrating transversal knowledge to govern the unpredictable and generate true innovation.

Our client, a leader in the Italian healthcare sector, showed us the complexity of the funnel: users enter through a campaign for a specific facility or specialization but convert elsewhere. Using custom variables via GTM, we tracked the facility, specialization, and doctor, obtaining a complete view and optimizing the budget. Useful for those using Google Ads who want to track complex funnels with advanced data.

Building Revenue Engines for Impact: from Mission to Measurable Growth
Mission-driven organizations rarely fail for a lack of vision. They fail for a lack of structure in growth. After more than 15 years between international corporates and non-profits, building teams that have generated millions of euros for environmental and social projects, I have learned that impact is not scaled with enthusiasm, but with architecture: clear objectives, defined roles, sales and fundraising systems, strategic partnerships, and results-oriented leadership. In this session, I will share the practical framework I use to transform mission into sustainable growth, without compromising identity and credibility. We will talk about revenue engines, corporate partnerships, team organization, and the main mistakes that block impact-driven entities when they try to grow. This is not a motivational talk. It is an operational method for those who truly want to scale.

Will Media: from follower to maker. How to transform a community into a self-sustaining ecosystem
Will Media is one of the most interesting cases of an editorial community born on social media and grown to generate events, formats, and real-life meeting moments. But how do you transform attention into a relationship that lasts over time? In this speech, we analyze the Will Media model and show how segmentation, personalization, and automation tools can take a community to the next level: an ecosystem where every interaction fuels the next, without depending solely on the next piece of content.

The Agentic Enterprise: How Our Work Will Evolve in an Application Example
In the near future, organizations will radically alter their structure, with work teams hybridizing human personnel and AI agents. We shall observe how a real-world company is constructing its agentic team, what its "human" labor pyramid will entail, and which modes of interaction will be implemented, as well as how these will impact the company’s physical spaces. Finally, we will examine the potential psychological impact of labor heavily oriented toward interaction with "people-pleaser" AI Chats and autonomous agents of low empathy, sharing the guidelines and critical considerations raised by an AI-native company currently achieving this operational modality.

Empowering the Agentic Era: Building a Human-Centric AI Platform at Scale
We built a multi-vertical SaaS platform in 8 months (60% faster than the market average). We evolved from digital memorials toward a full-fledged “Life OS” that integrates DNA, wellness, and insurtech. Our team of 15 people orchestrates over 40 AI agents that collaborate with each other in a structured and secure manner. We explored and applied a “Human-First” model, where AI acts as an active collaborator and not just a simple tool. We also analyzed the data flows and architectures that transform AI from an incidental feature into a secure and scalable execution layer.

Infrastructure has broken the Space-Time Continuum
Is it 2025 or 1885? For apps, we are SOLID architects, but infrastructure is still in the Old West, caught between fragile YAML and procedural scripts. We will stop "configuring" and start designing Infrastructure as true Software. Training Empathy: How to Use AI with Care in Web Editing
AI writes, rewrites, and synthesizes. It renders everything more accessible yet more fragile, as the loss of attention is ever-present: for this reason, it is essential to perceive web editing as a daily and conscious act of care in writing, source verification, and listening to the readership. Every action is composed of time, doubts, and concessions. And empathy? It reveals itself as a professional competence, enabling the recognition of the actual needs underlying a query and the expectations behind a click.

Agentic AI
Agentic Experience Architectures
Agentic Experience Architectures (AEA) shift AI from task-based automation to journey-structured, context-aware, adaptive intelligence. Agents are organized by user journeys, splitting into: Journey agents that guide intent and decisions, Utility agents that provide memory, retrieval, reasoning, and governance. AEA introduces a layered orchestration model — planner → orchestrators → routers → agents — enabling traceability, safety, and efficient multi-agent collaboration. It fits best where reasoning and user experience must co-evolve (copilots, analytics, Vertical Saas, healthcare, creative tools, enterprise platforms). Security becomes zero-trust, policy-bound, and identity-based across all stages. AEA uses shared state and intent schemas to synchronize reasoning and UX, allowing adaptive, explainable interfaces. With reusable templates, observability, and continuous learning loops, AEA significantly improves: latency, containment, trust, explainability, cost, and multi-agent yield.

Minors, social media, and AI: what companies and digital professionals must do today to ensure compliance.
The utilization of Artificial Intelligence, recommendation algorithms, and automated systems within social networks and digital platforms has rendered the protection of minors one of the most critical areas for companies, agencies, and digital professionals. This keynote offers a clear and updated overview of European and national regulatory obligations (DSA, GDPR, AI Act, and guidelines on online child protection), with particular focus on liability profiles related to profiling, automated moderation, age verification, and AI-generated content. The speech is designed to provide practical tools based on concrete cases: risk assessment criteria, examples, and operational guidance useful for designing compliant, sustainable digital products, campaigns, and services oriented toward the protection of younger users.

Sexual health is not a trend: dissemination, taboos, and responsibility in new media
The objective of this talk is to provide critical tools for understanding how new media influence the narrative of the body, intimacy, and sexual health. Through a scientific and educational approach, the speech assists in recognizing the distinction between information, entertainment, and misinformation, promoting responsible communication capable of dismantling taboos without trivializing issues that have a tangible impact on individual and collective health. It contributes to the construction of a more conscious digital culture, wherein sexual health, education, and scientific information become instruments of individual empowerment and social impact.

Beyond Red Teaming: Building a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation framework for conversational AI
As enterprises rush to deploy AI agents in customer-facing operations, most rely on one-time audits and manual testing. This approach offers limited coverage, surfaces problems only after the damage is done, and typically focuses on safety while ignoring accuracy, user experience, and operational efficiency. This session presents a practical framework for continuous AI monitoring and evaluation, drawn from deploying automated testing infrastructure across major European enterprises. Attendees will learn why point-in-time testing isn’t enough, how to implement live monitoring that catches failures before they become widespread, and what the EU AI Act actually requires in terms of ongoing oversight versus pre-deployment testing.

The Agentic Loop: Revolutionizing E2E with MCP and Playwright Agents
Gemini ha detto
The era of Chat-Oriented Programming, characterized by copying and pasting from ChatGPT to the IDE, is rapidly hitting its limits. A new paradigm is emerging: the Agentic Workflow, where AI doesn’t just suggest code, but plans, executes, validates, and autonomously repairs tests directly within our development environment. In this talk, we explore how the Model Context Protocol (MCP) enables a new generation of quality tools, transforming Playwright from a simple automation library into a platform for autonomous testing agents. Through concrete examples, we will analyze the architecture of three Playwright Test Agents collaborating in a controlled agentic loop: 🎭 The Planner: An agent that explores the application and translates human intent into structured Markdown test plans, bridging the gap between requirements, PRDs, and test strategy. 🎭 The Generator: An agent that converts plans into executable code, validating selectors and assertions in real-time directly on the application. 🎭 The Healer: A self-healing agent that intervenes on failures, analyzes the DOM, and corrects flaky tests without human intervention. The focus is not on writing tests faster, but on rethinking the role of the QA Engineer. In this model, QA evolves from a script author to an agent orchestrator, while the true source of truth becomes the natural language specification, not the TypeScript code. We will conclude by showing how to configure these agents via MCP in VS Code and how to govern the agentic loop to avoid drift, ensuring that AI builds the quality we want, not just what it is capable of generating.

Neuroscience of Desire: Transforming Products into Objects of Longing Before the Customer Seeks Them
AI tools are becoming the filter between user and product: if desire is not cultivated upstream, the AI will decide for the customer. In this presentation, I will demonstrate how purchasing desires originate and how to transform them into branding and e-commerce leverage. Drawing upon neuroscientific research, case studies, and agency testing, I will elucidate the formula for activating desire and rendering your store and products objects of aspiration, rather than mere functional alternatives.

How I built my own intelligent Robot Arm from Scratch
Are you tired of the same old AI, LLM, buzzword sessions and wondering if there is still anything new and cool out there we can do with AI? Do you crave an exciting, slightly ridiculous project that's just a lot of fun - while also learning about a whole new field with lots of promise? Don't miss this session! Physical AI is about bringing together all the amazing breakthroughs (yes, like large language models) into the fields of robotics and embedded systems. We can make autonomous robots and systems that can generate their own movement instructions and evolve, without having to painstakingly define all the complex code or even tiny physics-engine implementations to get going. But first - we need to build actual robots! As someone coming from the data science field - this may sound like a bit of a leap. However, with a "I'm sure it can't be that hard" attitude, a bunch of electronics components, and an uncontainable enthusiasm - I set out to do just that. I will share the story of building my own Robot Arm from 0 to an incrementally more complex prototype, and how I started giving it some "AI superpowers", and what's next in this exciting field!

Your Brand May Be Fluent in AI - But That Doesn’t Mean it’s Literate
By now, most brands are using AI in some capacity. But few understand how and why these systems make decisions - which means they’re not actually leveraging AI. Joya Scarlata and Mara Dettmann, hosts of The Marketer’s Guide to the AI Galaxy, unpack the gap between AI adoption and real AI literacy in a session which challenges how brand leaders think about measuring AI success and what “capability” really means in the age of agentic systems. They ultimately introduce a more grounded framework for working with AI - because when everyone has access to the same tools, the real competitive edge comes from understanding what those tools are actually doing, and knowing how to steer them.

Small and medium-sized enterprises operate within digital ecosystems they do not control, developing a tangible dependency on major platforms over time. This presentation analyzes this structural dependency and the resulting power imbalance. Sudden account closures, withheld funds, opaque algorithms, and unanswered complaints produce immediate effects on turnover and business continuity. Hence, the examination of applicable regulations, their level of implementation, and the protective instruments currently available. The financial statement is a dinosaur: the AI enterprise that measures itself in real time.
The annual financial statement is a twentieth-century industrial model. SMEs make decisions based on delayed and fragmented data. In the age of AI, this paradigm is obsolete. The Sempi® Method introduces a different architecture: accounting automation, a 0-100 Governance Score, and a continuous compliance dashboard. The enterprise does not merely record the past; it measures its own solidity in real time and anticipates risks and opportunities.

The Architecture of Meaning in a Noisy Market - Every Brand Begins as a Question, Not a Logo
In a market saturated with visuals, campaigns, and constant noise, the brands that endure are not the loudest—but the most coherent. This talk explores the idea that before a brand becomes visible, scalable, or marketable, it must first become intelligible to itself. Drawing from narrative architecture, the speech reframes branding not as an aesthetic exercise or a marketing tactic, but as a structural process of meaning-making. It invites founders, designers, and creative entrepreneurs to step back from logos and launches and ask more fundamental questions, such as why does this brand exist, what does it stand for and what story does it tell—before it tells anything to the market. Through reflections drawn from fashion, entrepreneurship, systemic theory, sociology of ethics and screenwriting theories, the talk highlights how clarity of narrative becomes a strategic advantage, shaping decisions, culture, and long-term growth. Rather than offering formulas or trends, it offers a mindset: building brands from the inside out, with intention, coherence, and depth. This is a speech for anyone building something new in a crowded world—and wondering how to make it meaningful before making it visible.

Nostalgic Brand
Is nostalgia a seductive liar or a marketing lever? And why, in an era of distraction and infinite scrolling, should brands pivot toward the past? There has never been an era so abundant in terms of content; utilizing the lever of nostalgia signifies DESIGNING a narrative that functions within the current context: algorithmic feeds, creators possessing greater influence than brands, and short-form content. In this speech, we shall address emotional connections, storytelling, and the reminiscence bump. Furthermore, we will examine the extent to which memories generate revenue, identifying KPIs that will incentivize the adoption of nostalgia as a strategic approach. Products and campaigns that defined an era must now face a new challenge, maximizing the potential of novel touchpoints such as TikTok and YouTube, collaborating with AI, and respecting their own archetypes while simultaneously evolving. Implementing the storytelling of nostalgia is anything but simple: in this speech, we shall uncover the insights and secrets to transforming it into an effective marketing strategy.

Creator Mindset for Brands: credibility, codes, and AI
Social media rewards those who communicate with an authentic and contemporary language: formats, tone, timing, and methods that creators have mastered best. Can a brand adopt that mindset without losing authority and recognizability? How do you balance identity and "native content"? And how can you use AI as an ally, rather than a shortcut, to make the creative process more effective? Social updates 2026: how to use AI to adapt content, ads, and strategy
Social media are constantly changing: new formats, new algorithms, and new distribution rules. The real problem is not staying updated, but understanding what to do after each update. In this talk, we will analyze the main news from Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, and we will see how to use artificial intelligence—not to generate content automatically, but to strategically adapt content, advertising campaigns, and workflows. From reading updates to their practical application: what has truly changed on the platforms, what to stop doing, and how to use AI to test, optimize, and decide faster. A practical session designed for marketers, freelancers, and teams who want to stop chasing algorithms and continue working with method, data, and strategy.

From Spider Venom to Strategy: Leading the “Identity Economy” in the AI Era
We often celebrate specialization – and rightly so. It built the world we depend on today. But in a world shaped by AI, rapid change, and problems that haven't been named yet, specialization alone is becoming a massive risk. When the ground shifts, we’re suddenly asked to connect ideas across teams and disciplines before we’ve even defined what the problem is. In this landscape, a leader’s value isn't just delivering information; it's the ability to bridge disparate worlds to drive actual transformation. I call this the Identity Economy. I’m going to share a framework for becoming an "Identity Architect" – a leader who synthesizes cross-disciplinary knowledge to solve problems that don’t have a playbook. This isn’t theory, but lived experience built from the “zig-zags” of my own career – from a PhD lab milking spiders for venom, to radio production, to founding two tech ventures, and now leading Product and Data strategy at Springer Nature. I’ll share the frameworks I use today to stop teams from talking past each other, using the same principles I used back in the lab to keep myself from getting bitten by a tarantula.

AI Is Rewriting Digital Media Economics: Measurement, Identity, and Adaptive Growth
Digital media business models were built on deterministic tracking and fragmented measurement. That foundation is collapsing under privacy regulation and signal loss. This session explores how AI driven identity layers, probabilistic modeling, and adaptive feedback systems are rebuilding digital media economics. Attendees will learn how to design measurement architectures that power sustainable growth across acquisition, retention, and monetization.

AI-Enhanced Threat Modeling: How to Reduce the Cognitive Load of a Security Architect Without Relinquishing Control
This talk presents the blueprint of a system based on RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and LLMs designed to accelerate threat modeling activities. The objective is to create a "cybersec tactical droid" that assists the security architect by processing large volumes of input—such as documentation, configurations, diagrams, and code—transforming them into an evidence map. Utilizing a predefined set of questions or "investigative rules" (STRIDE/PASTA/DREAD) mapped to NIST and MITRE ATT&CK frameworks, the assistant proposes the queries most pertinent to the context represented by the ingested documentation. Depending on the operational mode, the security architect may choose to utilize the question list in a traditional investigative manner or delegate the generation and autonomous execution of investigative prompts to the cybersec tactical droid. Fortunately, the Death Star engineers lacked this droid model; otherwise, they would have identified a small thermal exhaust port leading directly to the reactor core.

How AI Is Changing Engineering Leadership
Every day we get more advanced LLM models. Since the beginning of the new AI era, they have touched many sides of our work life. We now have things like “vibe coding”, where engineers are no longer writing code line-by-line but operating with complex pieces of architecture. Artificial Intelligence has shaken the market and shifted it significantly. Almost no decision today is made without consulting AI, directly or indirectly. I’ve seen leaders take important decisions purely based on ChatGPT answers and fail to deliver what was promised. At the same time, I’ve seen developers spend weeks on simple tasks full of boilerplate that could be accomplished with CoPilot in 10–15 minutes. The real question is how to keep the balance between replacing human intelligence with artificial intelligence. Is it a good strategy to hire one “vibe coder” instead of three developers? Do we need to teach developers in the old-school way, or should we throw away all Uncle Bob books and trust Cursor? As developers, leaders, and managers, we are always in a state of needing to stay updated in this fast-changing environment. This is exactly the topic of my talk — not providing final answers but asking the questions that help us think in the right direction. The answers must be found by everyone within their own environment.

Future of Entrepreneurship
The future of work: streamlining the nexus between job seekers and talent recruiters.
Workface stems from a real-world problem: today, thousands of Italian SMEs struggle to find operational personnel. Restaurants, cleaning companies, workshops, and construction sites lose time, opportunities, and growth because recruiting is slow and ineffective. As an entrepreneur, I have experienced this frustration firsthand. For this reason, I created Workface: an app that, through a matching algorithm and geolocation, connects job seekers and employers simply and swiftly.

In Praise of (Ab)normality
"You are not normal" is a phrase that almost everyone has heard at least once in their life, and certainly not as a compliment. But is it always true that it’s better to be "normal"? Above all, what does "normal" actually mean, and why is this adjective often used as a sort of club to marginalize those who don't fit certain models?

Conscious protagonists? The protection of minors in the era of family influencers
In view of a potential law regulating child influencers, we wish to initiate a reflection. We have analyzed over 1,300 pieces of content from family influencers to measure how their children are exposed, in which contexts, and what differentiates organic content from advertisements. The result is a rather alarming picture, both in quantitative and qualitative terms (particularly regarding privacy protection and potential psychological implications).

Experiential Marketing: How to Organize a Pop-Up and the Media Strategy to Promote It
In a landscape dominated by advertising saturation, what truly remains etched in memory is not the message, but the emotion it evokes. Experiential Marketing represents the strategic response to a context of widespread inattention: an approach that places individuals at the center, transforming the consumer into an active protagonist of the brand experience. Yet, how does one organize an effective Pop-Up, and how is it promoted at a media level?

Tech For No Profit
The nonprofit sector represents a vast and underutilized market: how to penetrate it through effective partnerships.
The nonprofit sector is a massive market, yet remains largely untapped by the profit-driven world: the objective is not merely "charity," but the creation of authentic value. In this presentation, I will demonstrate why it is currently advantageous for companies to collaborate with nonprofit organizations and how to do so without descending into superficial Corporate Social Responsibility. We will examine partnership models, measurable objectives, common pitfalls (which erode both reputation and budget), and an operational checklist for initiating credible, purposeful, and sustainable collaborations.

It's Art!
In my speech, I explore art created with AI, demonstrating how, within the horizon of contemporary art, value no longer resides in technique but in the idea. What truly matters is the one who imagines, not who or what executes. Thus, AI becomes a legitimate instrument of the creative act, an extension of human vision and an integral part of the artistic process.
